Exactly what I needed to make this repair. Delivery to a pickup depot on this item was not ideal, but I got it in the end.

I have used this for a few months now and looks like it should last many years. it went on easy, was a perfect match and much better value than the local appliance parts store

Bought this for my parents who have a 20 year old basic Whirlpool dryer. Together with my Dad we looked at some videos online, and then just followed what we learned. We just had to pop off the front of the dryer, remove the old belt, and strap on the new one and make sure it went around the pulley. This saved us hundreds of dollars on getting a repair guy to come out. There are so many videos online that you can now do many appliance repairs yourself, which is great. In terms of quality, this seemed like pretty good quality. Since I didn't get multiple brands I'm not able to do a side-by-side comparison. But this one looks like it'll last a while. Belts don't last forever (whether it's an appliance or car engine), so eventually I'm sure it will need to be replaced. I'm guessing these last 10 years, because the last time we replaced the dryer belt was about 10 years ago or so. Of course it depends on how often you run your dryer.

The original wheel in my dryer was squealing and the belt was crusty. This was an affordable diy solution to both problems

My dryer making noise due to belt damage for sliding on a piece of metal covered by slippery plastic, the new belt gets to ride on an actual roller, smooth and quiet now.Don't know the longevity of the part, but now I'm happy, I was able to fix it myself for little cost, infact the coins that I got when I opened and clean out the dryer were more than what I paid for it LOL

The description gave measurements which allowed me to compare them to the original parts. Received the parts the next day. They were exactly as described. The best part for me was that I was able to repair my daughters ancient dryer for $20.00 and not have to replace the dryer with a $700.00 piece of modern crap with built in 5 year obsolescence. All dryer parts were pretty much standard back then so finding something that looks like the correct part is probably the correct part. I don't know how old the dryer is but it was sold at Simpson Sears and made in Canada so that makes it pretty old.
