Overall, the vest is well made and appears to be a good value.But be advised that vests of this type (any brand) are not returnable due to hazardous materiel transport rules.My bad for not reading the fine print.The top of the vest that runs behind your head is bulkier than other examples i've worn and limits your head movement to the point of being uncomfortable. I reccomend you buy any vest directly from a marine store where you can try it on before buying.

Love it being lightweight and comfortable. A really simple recharging system. Just an all around great life vest for all boating needs. Especially for kayaking.

I'm a full figure guy and this adjuster's Great. Light and don't have any issues with the neck as noted by others. I run early in the morning and fish by myself most of the time. I got it to wear while running and is very comfortable. The ring is a bit high to connect the kill switch cord to...so just use my belt loop. Highly suggest. Going to buy the same brand for my wife "if" available in a lighter style

As I am a big guy , I am impressed with the fit, comfort, and ease of taking off and putting back on. A lot of these type vest I have tried, bunch up or twist when putting on. So far no issues with the life vest.

I received the atmos 40 from bluestorm very fast.my first impressions on the packaging was great.i really liked the folder with all the documents in it.the fabric seemed heavy duty.the inflatable bag was thick.directions were clear.FITMENT im 6'3 250lbs and it really fits me well.my only complaint is around the back of the neck it feels a lil different but not uncomfortable overall love my purchase

This item looks to be very high quality. I haven't been rescued by it yet, however, I've only ever worn it while sitting on my couch. It is surprisingly comfortable. I did manually inflate it and it looks sturdy.I wish I could give 4.5 stars as I only have a couple of suggestions.1. I really wish there was a way to override the automatic inflation function. Apparently, there is a smaller version available with this option, however, the item can't be returned and I honestly probably wouldn't any way for this. My use case would be walking through flood water which occurs far too often here. I'd like to switch it to manual operation only so I could inflate if I lost my footing or something.2. There is a handy spare CO2 pocket on the inside, however it is just an open sleeve. The cylinder falls out when you bend over. It would be really nice to have a velcro closure on this and maybe a waterproof case in it for a spare bobbin.3. I would feel much safer if this had reflective tape on the inflated portion for easy visibility at night. That would be awesome.I'm very pleased with this and don't regret buying it. I'm going to test it out in about a week and sacrifice a re-arm kit just so I feel confident about it.
