For size reference I am 34B and usually wear a medium top and the women's medium fit perfect. A brighter life jacket that isn't black on the back would be better for better visibility, but the purple on the front is nice on this one.

Our family is on the lake every few days so getting a new vest was important. This brand is a go to for us. The fit, style and colors are just what I needed. I was on the border of sizing so I went up one size. It’s perfect and adjusting is easy.

I ordered the extra small for my daughter, but it was a bit too small (she was in between each size). I returned it for a small. It was the perfect gift to go with her new paddleboard!

I’m 131lbs, 5’7”, 36B, and the medium fits me perfectly! I read so many reviews about sizing on these and wanted to share, because other reviews helped me out so much! It’s snug but not uncomfortable. I haven’t had it on the water yet, but finding the correct size was a challenge now overcome. It’s not too bulky and movement is not restricted from what I can tell so far. Love it!

As others had mentioned in previous reviews O'Brien vests run small. I ordered this adding one size larger however it too is too small. Insufficient waist space and a little tight in the chest is the situation. But overall the exceptional materials O'Brien uses for these life vests is most comfortable as well as the design allows comfortable arm motion and safety.

I bought two, one small and one medium. I usually wear a small in these types of items. The small was extremely under sized. The medium is perfect and the jacket is comfortable. I returned the small.
