If you are using this to add Bluetooth to an old stereo console, then it will work for you.Since your are hooking it up to an audio receiver, you will have control of volume and whatever other settings are available on the stereo or receiver.Just keep in mind, you will need your own power brick. I have several left over from phones that lived and died after full, vibrant life spans.If you don't have such leftovers, you can easily find them for around $10 my friends.

Ordered for use with a vintage console Hi-Fi to add Bluetooth capability. Unit is small and fairly easy to place out of sight. Set up was simple and straightforward. Seems to work as it should. Sound quality is good and unit seems to be of decent quality. Would be nice if it came with a power adapter, but for the price it’s still a good deal.
