I purchased two of these that looked super identical to another transmitter that I had bought prior to this which was great, but not listed for sale anymore. Anyhow, I thought different "brand and seller" but all the same parts and design and function, right? However, these have put out muddled, mediocre sound for over a year now and all this time I thought the speakers and sound system in my 2008 Toyota Highlander and 2008 Lexus ES50 were super subpar. But yet, other FM stations and the CD players sound great in both cars. But since I listen to blue-tooth all the time, I finally figured out the issue is the transmitters, not the stereos. In fact, I think the transmitters are broadcasting in mono and not stereo. I did some sound tests and there was very little sound-stage separation between the speakers. After all this time, I just had the thought to plug in my older transmitter into the Lexus and the sound was great afterall, so I now realize these items are not the exact same as the former brand/seller. Since quality sound is everything, I had to come back after all this time to give 1 star. Sigh!

I like the gold color. I found it much easier to use and much more user friendly than previous transmitters I purchased elsewhere.

Could barely actually hear the song I played, major stereo reverb/ distortion; not worth it for me. However, I do have an 02 Ford Explorer with the original stereo....

Love it! My 2007 BMW has the capability of blue tooth connection to talk on phone but needed to play music from phone/iPad. Loveeee it! Works great and price is excellent

Update from my last 1 start review.... the original one I got review is below but the company was very attentive and sent a new one that works great. Using it for past few days with no problems. Great company, good product. The sound quality isn't the greatest but after I play with different channels and settings I'll do another update. ***For me this only worked for like an hr. Sounds like others had better luck. Set up was easy but didn't stay connected to phone even when my phone said connected. Have the S5.

it does do what its supposed to.plays music from my iphone through my car stereoand seems to connect with no hassle.had it for a while now and it hasn't gone out on me or given any issues.the only thing i am not really crazy about is that it is set on another languageand every time i turn on my car or the phone rings it will start speaking in that languageafter about a couple times it does get annoying.

Does exactly what I needed and wanted it to do (as described). Those who complain about the station etc clearly don't read the instructions that come with the product. Only thing I disliked was that if I play audio via bluetooth it doesn't play during my snapchat (lol) only way you can get it to do it is through the aux port on the side of the device. Also, my device arrived in English, however it does come in Chinese as well. The instruction packet also tells you how to switch this. Long story short, don't complain when you are too lazy to read instructions. (:
