I will use these for a cool hat rack at a beach place. They are just the right size to function for that and look great.

These cleats were purchased to tie off paracord that holds my antennas up in the trees. The 4" size is more than large enough for paracord. The cleats are not showing any signs of weathering after 6 months of exposure in a frequently wet environment. The included screws are for fastening to metal or fiberglass so I used long deck screws to attach them to fences and trees. The holes are big enough for 2-1/2" long exterior deck screws without modification.
