This is a good alternative to the name brand system. It is sturdy and packs compactly for travel. I bypassed the door issue by attaching it to my pullup bar. Once the weather gets nice, I can use a hammock strap around a sturdy branch as the anchor. The exercise chart is very helpful, you can also find full routines on YouTube. Be sure to follow all safety guidelines to make sure you have it set up properly. This is a good set at a fraction of the price of the name brand system.

This suspension training system is surprisingly well-constructed and sturdy, at just a fraction of the price TRX charges for their 'name brand' product.The one caveat (that I didn't see mentioned in the product description): you'll need to make sure you're able to use this with a door that's oriented correctly (like in the product photos). Per the user manual: "Only use the door anchor from the side of the door which closes towards you. Your body weight will pull the door closed." I'd imagine having three sides of the door being pulled against the door frame is what helps give this system more strength.Unfortunately, all of the doors in my house open INTO the rooms, so I'd have to use the system in the hallway where it's just a hard tiled floor and not much room. So, since I'm unable to use it safely, this product will be put into storage for now. However, if your own door situation is different, feel confident in ordering this.

Really easy to install and is really strong overall. Beware that you can harm the paint and possibly the door of anything cheap. Comes with a decent amount of stuff and the grips I like a lot as well. Adjusting the length is a bit on the annoying side, took a bit to understand it. It's currently half off and worth ever penny if you need something like it for your home or at the park. The price tag otherwise, isn't to bad either. But, overall it is a good product and I enjoy using it.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to set these up right out of the box. The straps are incredibly durable and feel like they can easily handle a significant amount of weight. While I haven't installed a bar to secure them yet, I've been using a door frame for now, and I feel completely confident putting my full weight on them for exercises like chest presses and stretches. The quality is on par with the sets I use at the gym—maybe not as fancy, but definitely more affordable. Overall, these straps are an excellent value!

Tried a suspension training class and loved it. Found out about the portability of said exercise and then I saw the price of the name brand equipment. Ordered this as an alternative and it's everything the other one is, but more cost effective. It was packaged in small a cardboard box. The mesh bag for storage and carrying the equipment was on top, followed by the main straps, the door anchor, versatility anchor attachment and at the bottom, the "user manual" and the workout poster.READING IS VERY IMPORTANT!!! Good thing I like to read. The user manual has very informative paragraphs. However, it would have been nice to have pictures for set up and maybe a link to a video for demonstration. Having used the name brand with the straps that are in one piece with a loop and carabiner, this one is different! Read the instructions. The adjustment for the straps are just like the high end one.The manual also mentions placing a "workout in progress" sign on the opposite side of the door to inform others so that they don't open the door and to prevent an accident from the user. Including the sign, since they mentioned it, would have been a nice touch. Product description on Amazon says it can hold up to 700 pounds, while on the brand's website, for the same product, it mentions more. Not sure which is correct, but this seems really sturdy and durable.While the door anchor point works, it would probably suit someone taller than 5 ft 7 in to have an alternative anchor point. As long as there's at least 8 ft x 6 ft of space for a shorter person, the user can do a lot with the door as an anchor point.Overall, affordable alternative and excited to continue using this trainer.
