Love it. Just tried it out with single d row handle (for cable machine) and a sturdy carabiner with an 8 lb neoprene dumbbell - to turn it into a kettle bell for hip thrust swing.I’m only 5’5” and it hangs a little low, but I still have about 5” clearance above the floor, give or take. Now I can convert any of my neoprene dumbbells into kettle bell grip for hip thrust swing exercise

Clip is very sturdy and holds well. Been using with my weight belt for calisthenics, and I'm very impressed with quality and it's holding up. Might buy another again just to add more weight.Would recommend. Very good quality

Haven't used to dumbell attachment as I have a pulley system that came with a plate holder so I used it with that and the product is great
