If you have a moderately priced guitar, chances are that you have a plastic bridge and nut. These bone pieces will immediately give you better tone. You'd be surprised. Recommended.

One of my guitars has a neck nut in pretty bad shape from some having been played a ton, basically as a campfire guitar that was a gift which is very sentimental to me.Adding a bone nut and bridge to this guitar should help it a lot. The workmanship looks nice. I like the scalloped string guide so that it will work with the string coming from various angles on the neck.I hope this sounds Ok with a nylon string. I've never installed a nut before, so I'm waiting for some glue and then will tackle it. Will update it my opinion changes at all, but so far so good.

I got these for a 1978 Yamaha guitar I'm trying to restore. It was my main gig guitar for a long time and I really want to bring it back to par. I'm in the process of fitting the saddle now. It sands well and seems to be hard but not brittle. Everything is smooth.

Am doing annual guitar tear down and conditioning. And yep.. AMAZON always seems to have the items I need. Easy to file as needed, close to perfect cut as is, simple to replace into slots on guitar. Excellent value!

The material is good, but I've never really seen pre-cut nuts with this sort of pattern on them. You're going to need to take off quite a bit of material on these to get them to fit on a guitar. That's not necessarily A bad thing but something to consider

As the title suggests the main nut peace for the neck/headstock is MASSIVE and would more than likely need to be filed down. In my case I own an Alvarez RD acoustic and this will 100% not fight without being sanded down. Due to this I didn't even bother trying the bridge piece.
