Bont Roller Skates - Prostar Soft Teal Suede Roller Skates with Glow Light Up Led Luminous Wheels
The Bont Prostar Roller Skate Package is a skate designed to be light, responsive, and heat moldable. A skate designed for you.
The boot is suede with rubber bumper toe protection, an adjustable velcro top strap, and rear heel loop to put your laces through.
Also available in Bubblegum Pink, Purple, Blue and Black suede.

SUPER HEAT MOLDABLE
The thermoplastic in the heel allows you to mold your boot with a hairdryer to obtain a custom fit in under 10 minutes. This is especially good for skaters with skinny or wide ankles.
ULTRA LIGHTWEIGHT
The fiberglass reinforced Prodigy plate is very light weight and has 20 degree action and 8mm axles. 20 degree plates are the best combination of agility and stability.

HISTORY
Bont was founded in Sydney in 1975 when Inze Bont, a recreational speed skater decided to fiberglass the back of his leather speed skates to gain more support. Bont was the first footwear manufacturer to use exotic material like fiberglass in 1974, Kevlar in 1986 and Carbon Fiber in 1989, and the first to use heat moldable resins and thermoplastics. In the 1980's Bont dominated the quad racing scene with the lightest and strongest boots on the market thanks to our unique one-piece manufacturing technique. Bont was the first quad skate company to use lace covers, velcro, and aluminum strengtheners in the boots.

Incredibly comfortable, wide toebox, and so cute! Make sure you really follow the Bont size guide, because these don’t match your normal street shoe size. I’m a women’s 10 typically, and got these in an 8. Despite the higher price tag, these are absolutely worth every penny. I’m taking beginner roller derby classes right now, and the difference between low vs high quality skates is night and day.

Ordered a size 6, fits well. I’m a woman’s 8.5 (boots) 9 (sandals) normally. Used measurement guide. 6.5 probably would have worked with thicker socks, too. My feet are narrow. Everything assembled and wheels all light up. Fun!

These were so easy to get on. They are comfortable and feel broken in already! I wear a 6 -6.5 usually and ordered these in 4.5.

Normally wear and 8.5-9 ended up fitting in 7.5. Over all I like the. Love the color and the fabric. Worked nice strait out of the box.

This is the second pair that I returned. First pair were lovely. They just didn’t fit.When I saw the box for the second pair, I knew it was a return but whatever. I was still hopeful. Then I opened the box, the skates and wheels were separate. Not a big deal, I thought. I’ll just YouTube how to put the wheels on. Then I realized that I was missing the piece that goes on before you put the wheels on. Geez. I looked for the missing part ($30) plus the tool to put in on ($15) on Amazon.I went to the Bonts official website and bought them there. 10% off if you Sign up for the newsletter and they come with better wheels for pavement skating. With S&H it came out about $1 cheaper than this seller.

I own moxie Lollies, Moxie Beach Bunnies, Chaya Premiums, Moxie Panthers and Moonlight Rollerskates and I also owns these Bont prostar skates. I love them all so much. They are Soft, comfortable, wiggle room in the toe box. They are beautifully made. They are meant for speed. It does take a little getting used too because there is not really a heel so your foot is flat. I replaced the insole with one that has a heel. Bought on Amazon. You can just replace the insole with a flat one if you’d like as the one inside is not very cushiony and I can slightly feel the hard wear underneath the original insole. Just be sure to order the correct size it’s different than the usual mens 8/ women’s 9. I wear a 91/2 and bought a size 7. I didn’t think that sounded correct, but it was. They fit perfect. Love, Love, Love my Bont Prostars!! You will too!

I bought these to use for roller derby. Haven't started yet, but I have skated in them. They are absolutely wonderful! They fit like a glove, the quality is great. I would 100% recommend them.
