Everyone of the staff made comments about how small the lines are to write on. It was pretty much unusable for the older people on staff.

We started using this 120 days ago and the entire book is filled out. It's rediculous that it is falsely listed and here I am without a reservation book and understandably Amazon won't issue a refund or exchange. The company should reimburse or send out 3 more books to make it the 365 days I need.
