I'm very happy with the sound of my "new" used Bose radio. I was replacing an older edition Bose that finally bit the dust after 18 years. My only disappointment is that it doesn't have the CD player like my old one did. But I knew that when I purchased this one, so I knew what I was getting. No complaints with this one.

I ordered my Wave on July, and by September it had quit working entirely. It simply stopped playing CDs and the radio would not work, nothing lit up except the clock. They had directions to try and fix it yourself but i wasn't going to do that and take a chance on it breaking for good as soon as the warranty ran out.

I ordered a refurbished Bose radio/CD player for my mom. It shipped from Audio Video and Scientific Corp. Not only did it show up sooner than expected it was very well packaged. I was a bit skeptical about purchasing refurbished but it is in perfect condition and works like a charm. AND the invoice had a personalized handwritten thank you note! Thank you Violet! I’ve owned a Bose Wave Radio system for many years. Used to run three in different places in the house and one at work. Over time they break down, the CD player goes wonky. I had three of my old ones repaired and gave them to my kids, and have one left to repair. I’ve missed the Wave system so much that I bought this one, and I’m so glad I did. It works perfectly, and the remote is the big one rather than the little credit card size. There’s not a scratch or issue at all with the unit, and the rich Bose sound easily fills my office. The unit is intuitive and easy to use, and the platinum color looks nice in my neutral grey taupe beige home/office. My only problem is I can’t blue tooth to it as I need an adapter. I don’t know which one to buy that’s best for my unit. I contacted the seller but they gave me no recommendation, other than to tell me I need an adapter. It was nice they answered but I thought the seller could have been more helpful.

Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich das Bose Wave Music System noch einmal bekommen habe. Das gleiche Gerät habe ich schon seit mehr als 20 Jahren in Gebrauch und war damit super zufrieden! Leider funktionierte das Geräte dann nach der langen Zeit nicht mehr ganz einwandfrei und das Vergnügen war deshalb ziemlich getrübt.Nun habe ich das gleiche Gerät noch einmal bekommen. Phantastisch! Hatte ich eigentlich nicht zu hoffen gewagt. Dass dem Gerät keine Betriebsanleitung beilag, kein Problem. Ich habe ja noch das von dem alten Music System.Traurig bin ich nicht darüber, dass mein neues Radio wahrscheinlich ein Ausstellungsstück war und deshalb keine Originalverpackung vorhanden war. Aber ich hätte doch wenigstens gern eine Originalrechnung - und - vielleicht so etwas wie eine "Garantie"?!Ansonsten: Alles Top! Das Gerät ist immer noch Superqualität! Vielen Dank auch für die prompte Lieferung!

I'm extremely happy with the Bose Wave 3 system with built-in CD player that was refurbished by USAV Solutions. As advertised, this unit was in "very good" condition. In fact, I'd say it was as good as new. Tried a couple CD's in it and confirmed the radio tuner still worked great too before wrapping it up for a gift.The seller did a wonderful job with protective packaging of the unit and included an auxiliary adapter for Bluetooth connectivity for streaming off a phone. That was a nice unexpected surprise.The main reason for 5 stars was that the seller was responsive to my request to ship this right away. Thus was important to me since it was a Christmas gift for a family member from out of town.Lastly, I'll just say that I'm baffled as to why Bose stopped manufacturing these systems (with integral CD player). A lot of us Gen-Xer's have tons of CDs, after all.

Already liked the product as have had one for several years, bought this one for my Mum as it is so easy to use and such good quality. A great shame the manufacturer has discontinued them. It arrived extremely well packed, excellent condition, before estimated delivery date. It is small but powerful and good quality sound. The combination of excellent sound for CD and FM radio, plus clock and alarm , plus virtually plug in and play, plus an actual small manual telling you all you need is ideal. My Mum loves it and is able to use it whereas she couldn't use some other makes because they were either too complicated or required too much manual dexterity, or the sound quality was not good. I still use my own as I love the product. Two happy people!

他の方が書いているように、音は素晴らしかったです。外見は小さくてチャチく頼りない感じですが、音の奥行き感が大型です。クラシックだけでなく、ポップスも問題ないように思います。ピアノの音の再現力が特に良いように感じられます。本国仕様でFMが聴けないのは残念ですが、その分の安さに対価は見合います。

I thought I had already reviewed this purchase. My first attempt didn't publish, but I thought the second attempt had, well anyway ...I LOVE THIS MUSIC SYSTEM! I can't get over the incredible sound that comes out of a system of this size. On some of my CDs the sound is better than on my living room stereo system. This unit is placed in my bedroom and whether I'm playing the radio or a CD or MP3, I have absolutely no complaints regarding the sound. The "bottom" (bass line) is incredible!! I love the ease of turning the unit on or off (soft touch to the top), but I will probably purchase the Wave III premium backlit remote soon. Not because I dislike the "credit card-sized" remote that comes with the unit, but because if I misplace it - it's doubtful but it could happen - I could only use the radio if it was the last feature that I was playing before turning the unit off (and I couldn't change the radio station). You have to have a remote to switch between playing the radio, CDs, or any other audio/video auxilliary equipment connected to the unit. You can't change the radio stations, or move forward or backward in the CD's tracks, set either of the two alarms, change the factory settings for certain features, etc., without a remote control!I've had the music system for over a month and I consider it money very well spent. I've already raved enough about it that I convinced a relative to buy one. (He said he had intended to buy the system but wanted to get a review from another "audiophile" who's opinion he trusted.) I didn't have to purchase a FM antenna, and my AM stations sound better than they do via the tuner on my living room stereo system!If I have one complaint about this unit it is that when playing CDs you see the disc's elasped playing time for each track, but unfortunately as the disc is being read when first put into the unit, there's no total playing time for the entire compact disc, nor is there information regarding the total number of tracks on the disc. Here's hoping that the engineers/designers who will be working on the Bose Wave Music System IV (I don't doubt that that will be the next model in this line) will incorporate those features.
