Ordered this stereo, didn’t work, main unit wouldn’t turn on. I tried the troubleshooting directions (item won’t turn on was first item on the list). Still couldn’t turn it on, I attempted to return for a replacement, but the replacement ordered was cancelled? So they received my return, and they ended up crediting me $20 less for a re-stocking fee. So I paid $20 for the inconvenience of receiving a broken stereo, had trouble getting a replacement sent, even though you can still order this item today at Amazon.com. Looked to buy the same item from Walmart, but as it was being fulfilled by these same people, I decided not to-they’d probably send me the broken item I returned. BAD SELLER-STAY AWAY!!!

Super happy with this purchase. Love the bluetooth connectivity and that we can use it as a sound system for our TV. Fits nicely on the bookshelf.

After previous experience with other audio devices, my jaw hit the floor with the sound that came out of this. For the price is had a much better quality of sound than anything I have heard in a long time.Now I am not going to say this is as good as my expensive stereo I used to have a long time ago with giant man eating speakers but I will say that for it's price and it's size it is outstanding.I have only had this for a day so I don't know about it's longevity but based on the sound alone I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great smaller stereo system.It plays CDs (so far I have only tried a store bought CD, I haven't tried a CD-R or CD-RW CD. I haven't plugged an USB thumb drive to see how that sounds. So far I have only played a CD, listened to the radio and listened to MP3's on my cellphone through a Bluetooth connection.

I spent a good amount of time researching affordable mini shelf stereo systems. I have hundreds of CDs with which I can't part. I reviewed many systems from numerous vendors. Reviews on many steered me away. Having owned Panasonic products in the past, I purchased with confidence.The sound quality from this system is excellent. I expected a quality product from Panasonic and the system did not disappoint! Wonderful sharpness with great bass tones. Bluetooth connectivity works well. I need to purchase a better FM radio antenna. Reception with the antenna provided is limited.Thank you, Panasonic, for another quality product!

Faite attention si vous souhaitez comme moi brancher un appareil en « aux » dans la central, ce n’est pas un port aux traditionnel en jack mais bien l’entrée rouge et blanc ! J’ai dû acheter un adaptateur, ça aurait été bien de préciser, mais sinon jusque mtn tt va bien !

Die Anlage ist ein richtig kleines großes Kraftpaket. - Wenn man sie auspackt, denkt man sich noch skeptisch, ob so was kleines wirklich 300 W Wumms macht? Die Antwort ist ein klares Ja. Waren Stereoanlagen früher richtige A-Kraftwerke, die viel Platz raubten, so geht es inzwischen deutlich hübscher, bei großer Leistung. Der Sound lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ich hab meine Platten und CDS schon lange nicht mehr so herrlich und präzise genossen. Den CD-Schacht hab ich mit Robert Palmer und Perry Blake gefüttert. Meinen Thorens-LP-Spieler (mit AUX vom Vorverstärker aus montiert) hab ich mit Dylan, Springsteen und Elton John genährt. Klingt alles einwandfrei, ohne Macken oder zu eiern. - Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass sie viel Bass vor-eingestellt haben. - Es ist jedoch kein Problem, denn mit der FB und am Gerät kann man den Bass regulieren bzw. ganz ausschalten. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt, ist, dass man für diese Boxen kein besseres Kabel verwenden kann, weil das Bananenstecker-Kabel in den beiden Boxen fix und fertig vormontiert ist. Allerdings kann man dazu einfach Abhilfe schaffen: Einfach hochwertiger verarbeitete Boxen am Gerät anschließen. Ich bin mit diesen Boxen einstweilen sehr zufrieden und finde die Anlage auch optisch sehr schön und von der Leistung her absolut ausreichend und zufriedenstellend. Alles in allem habe ich eine riesengroße Gaudi mit dem Gerät.

I absolutely love this system, for me its perfect! I don't want a multi disc system or headphones. I wanted something with a great sound and lots of bass and a remotethat is easy to use. I have had several Panasonic stereos and boom boxes in the past and they have never disappointed. In my opinion, they are the best out there! I was also extremely impressed with the super fast shipping, it shipped out the same day I ordered it and I had it two days later! I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again!

I received this bookshelf system as a Christmas gift. It is replacing a competitor's bookshelf system that is somewhat lacking in sound quality. The Panasonic unit is leaps and bounds better in sound quality thanks in part to the manual, 3-band EQ. So far, everything seems to be good - although, some of the feature adjustments aren't intuitively obvious. For instance, without reading the manual, adjusting the clock and storing FM presets, and accessing the stored presets were difficult to figure out.I do, however, have one complaint; the hardwired speaker wire length is incredibly short. If you want to position the speakers on either side of a flat screen TV measuring more than 32", you will need to splice 22 gauge speaker wire to the leads. This is what I had to do to position the speakers where I needed them. Fortunately, I happened to have the wire needed. This is the reason for the 4 star rating.Now that I've had the opportunity to run this system through its paces, a couple more shortcomings have surfaced:1 - When playing CDs, the system doesn't remember the last track played when powered off. It always goes to track 1.2 - The CD display, when changed, always reverts back to its default when powered off and powered on.3 - If you press next track on the remote and you're on the last track of the CD, it doesn't go to the first track; you have to repeatedly press the previous track button to go back.While these issues are not sufficient reasons to return the system, in my opinion, they are moderate annoyances worth mentioning.

This is a great system that can do it all. I bought this to hook up a Sony Turntable in my man cave. The sound with both of these paired together is amazing. I find the speakers that come with the unit to have a great full sound. Yes the speakers are a bit light feeling and the cord is short but they are good. The amplifier is straight forward to use with no BS. Having 300 watts of output is great and leaves room to upgrade your speakers down the road. Also, the Bluetooth was easy to link to your phone so no issues there to speak of. Don’t hesitate to buy this product. Just keep in mind that if you want to put the speakers far apart to order some extra speaker wire and wire connectors.

La chaîne est arrivée hier ( un jour plus tôt que prévu) et donc, je manque de recul. Mais ce que je peux dire, c'est que l'emballage est double, donc nickel. L'installation est super facile. Tout marche comme prévu. Je voulais pouvoir brancher mon tourne-disques et les chaînes avec les branchements nécessaires sont rares. J'ai remarqué par contre que si les baffles sont nickel avec CD et radio, il y a un souffle dans l'un des deux quand on utilise le tourne-disques. Donc, on a débranché ce baffle mais le disque ne s'écoute alors qu'en mono. Je pense que ce n'est pas spécifique à cette chaîne car la précédente faisait le même bruit avec un disque. Donc, il y a vraisemblablement quelque chose à faire et que je ne comprends pas encore. Mais la chaîne est toute belle, tout fonctionne, les baffles sont puissants. Rien à y redire pour le moment. I love Panasonic products because of their simplicity and reliability. This system is no exception, it is compact, packs lots of power and is great for a small to medium sized office, living room, bed room etc. Do not be fooled by the size it packs plenty of power to make you smile. I have this in my office and it sits neatly on a book shelf. I have replaced the speakers for better sound. The speakers are decent but not audiophile quality so do not expect that. It has usb, cd and mp3 capability plus radio. Love it.
