This $499.00 zeppelin 10 is pictured with a paddle it does not come with one .I read this in the description after I hit buy, tried to cancel about 15 min later got a email next day Amazon couldn't do it or bote wouldn't do it.Bote has a 20% restock fee plus you pay to ship it back so you loose about $200 so kind of stuck with it.The inflatable seat is ok but not as great as reviews say just my opinion.Seems well made though.Oh the hand pump leaks a little to when it gets a little pressure in the boat. And FedEx just dumped it in the middle of the driveway luckily I drove up as they were driving away.wife was home ,and front poarch was unlocked if u buy on Amazon it gets delivered by FedEx.

I purchased this bc a local reservoir doesn’t allow SUPs. I found it to be easy to inflate and quite stable. It’s perfect for leisurely paddling. I had some issues with my first one and Bote’s customer service was great. If I could change one thing, I would give it a bag with better fabric and with wheels (eg see Nixy’s bags). This kayak weighs 37 pounds and you really need wheels on the bag. I ended up ordering a larger wheeled bag from Bote.

Works, and seems durable enough. I bought two. One of the straps that holds the seat back in place had a tear in it new. After two uses it was ready to split apart. I contacted Bote, followed up with receipt and picture of strap/seat but have since been ignored. If you think you are buying quality with a company that stands behind their product, think again.

*I had to update my review to speak to the issues I've had after about 6 months of ownership. The pontoons began to take in water and lose air. I've tried everything. The valves are tight and I can find no obvious leaks. I can't in good conscious recommend the boat as I've been unable to use it for a while. But customer service has been great and sent a replacement.*Easy set up and take down. I am the first in the water, and one of the first packed up afterward. Materials seem very durable. The seat takes some adjusting. It does seem to loosen after a couple hours on the boat. I had to retighten a couple of times. In all, my Bote has been great so far.

Funny that they ask you why you purchase a procuct - specially a kayak' I bought it for kayaking of course. We started kayaking two summers ago. Purchased two of the Intex Challenger kayaks because we were not sure we would like kayaking and the price was right. I love it - my husband not so much but I will say he has some balance issues and has never been a fan of the water. So end of last summer one of those got a leak we could not fix and this spring we poked a hole in the other one. We have purchased a regular kayak for my husband but it is a beast to load and unload and haul in a short box Chevy Colorado. I also have an Origami Paddler that took over a year to get and they went out of business within a month of my receiving it. Not to impressed with that product either. This Bote is the second inflatable I have tried this summer. The first was the GoPlus inflatable - it was not too bad except for the seat being so flat you sit with your legs straight out in front of you the entire time - not very comfortable at all. I've been looking at these Botes for a couple months and someone did say the seat was unfortable so I was concerned about that. Took the Bote out for the first time yesterday - inflating went well as I have a rechargeable pump but instructions say to inflate the paddleboard part first and then the sides. By the time I did this the padddleboard was not sitting level in the (Tubes?). Thought I might be able to push it down but no luck so I just put the seat on and thought it might adjust once I put my weight on (not so much). Had the seat inflated to the mid high range allowed. It was hard as a board and sits like a folding sofa bed that is collapsing in the middle. Was out for about 20 minutes and my back was hurting so I took it in and released some of the air from the bottom section thinking that would help. It made it more comfortable on the bottom but doing that took all the support away from the backrest so if you want to lean back to rest it did not work. Another thing I don't get is why they put holes in the bottom of the sheath. I understand the whole thing about self draining but when you go to pull it out of the lake there is a lot water in the bottom which adds a lot of weight. Of course it drains out in a short time but this morning I went out to dry it properly and look it over and I found pebbles between the board and the sheath. It seems to me there could be a plug in the bottom of the sheath to prevent so much water from getting in there. I don't know - I keep spending more and more money thinking I am finally going to find the perfect thing but end up wondering who tests these products and why I am the only one noticing these flaws. I did not see where it said it was not returnable when I ordered it but am discovering they look at anything that inflates to have gases in it. I don't understand - it's just compressed air and once you deflate it there are no gases in it anymore. Will keep it and see what I can find for a better seat. The $899 is a sale price which I understand my local Scheels store would match but they did not have any in stock.
