Works the way it should have no issues with it at all reason I had to replace one was one of the dogs didn't come back with one. But the way they fight and chew on the collars of each other I would say that they bit the release just right.

I got a second coller and receiver for my other dog and it's just like the other one except there's something wrong with the clasp I have to actually loosen the collar and pull it over my dog's head cuz the clasp won't open, but it paired to my device just fine and works great

I depend on this system to keep my pups safe and happy. About a month ago I lost the receiver, thought I dropped it in the parking lot while grocery shopping. I ordered a new one and received it within 2 days. I charged it up and paired the dogs collar within minutes. We're back in business! Today I found the receiver I thought I lost - in the freezer with some of the groceries I purchased the day I lost the receiver. I let the receiver unthaw for a few hours, charged it and dang - it fired right up! Built like a tank!

Love this collar as I added it to my other one for another dog. Super easy to setup with the remote. This think last forever battery wise, super easy to adjust the collar, works well for many different sized dogs and super reasonably priced.

It doesn't work. This is the 2nd one I bought. I bought this because the original one I bought less than a year ago stopped working. I did the test on it and it barely literally up the other one turned red.I don't recommend this product at all. Now I have to spend money on a different kind.

We bought a second collar to use with our new pup. Works great with the controller we previously purchased. However, the new collar didn't come with a 2nd pair of longer metal prongs like the first one came with. We need longer prongs beac use the short ones are getting through the fur of our pup.

These are amazing. I have tried sooo many collars over the years and I mean a lot of years. This collar is by far my favourite purchase of the year maybe the last two. The different levels are great and the options. I have two of them and we only have to charge the collars and the remote at most once a month maybe once everything 6 weeks. Honest to goodness these are wonderful

I like everything about it. The remote is not water proof at all but that was stated in the ad. We were able to dry out the remote and it works like new.
