This remote has been the best one yet. I took a chance on the collar and remote combo 2 years ago when we got our puppy. I bought it for the great price and saw how many replacement parts you were able to get. Well we just had to purchase the remote alone but not due to our original remote failing, my husband accidentally ran it over with my Jeep (oops) our original one still worked but only with 1 collar, so we bought a replacement. Not only is it easy to get replacement parts but so easy to pair our collars to it, took me seconds. Highly recommend.

I dropped my receiver in a bag of frozen items I purchased an thought I lost it in the grocery store parking lot. I found the receiver today, in the freezer between a bag of frozen peas and frozen hashbrowns. I thawed it out, charged it up and - bam - it still works! WI winter ready!

This works great for my dog and it maintains a charge for a long time. It seems like I rarely ever have to charge it! A great value for the money! Very durable, and stands up to a lot of wear and tear when we spend all summer at the lake! Very easy to use.

Grateful they have a replacement remote! It was easy to connect to our two collars we already had.Somehow we lost the original controller. So this was nice to grab! Works great and has an insane battery life!!!! Highly recommend. Great value

No instructions come with this. I had to search online to sync this with the collar. Took about an hour to find the instructions to get it to work.

We take our girls everywhere with is. Camping, revealing, on the farm..everywhere. i like the the safety of having the colllars on in a strange place only for tone and vibration. During our last trip 600 miles from home the controller was misplaced. This one came quickly and was a breeze to program (YouTube video). Works great with no issues.

This works great! I had to buy a. Ew one because I ran the other one over with my mower Hahha a new one came and synced up perfectly to the collar. Except customer service!

Mon chien répond très bien, trop récent pour évaluer la durée de vie de la batterie ainsi que sa durabilité.Pour le moment fonctionne très bien
