This collar is not easy to use. The operating button is not easy to use. The battery box and collar cover are not closed tightly and can not be used at all.

This has helped our dog so much with barking in the house. I love the different settings. Most of all I love the lock button so when our youngest gets the remote she is not unnecessarily shocking the dog.

This Dog Shock Collar with Remote is dangerously unreliable. I used it with my 70 lb Labrador for basic off-leash training. Within the first week, the collar randomly shocked my dog without me pressing anything. Once it happened when he was simply laying down next to me inside. That was the last straw.The “security lock” is a joke—it does nothing to prevent accidental shocks. Even when just trying to switch to beep mode, I found myself worried I’d press the wrong button and traumatize my dog.The build quality is just as bad. The remote feels like a toy and the screen scratches easily. The collar strap started fraying after just a few uses. The charging port cover broke off after a light tug, and so much for it being waterproof—it stopped working after my dog played in a shallow creek.There are better, safer, and more humane tools out there. Don’t risk your dog’s well-being on this piece of junk

I tested the shock function on myself first—level 6 out of 18—and it was extremely painful. It hurt my hand so badly I literally screamed, and I could still feel the sensation several minutes later. Maybe I have sensitive skin, but if level 6 is that intense, I can't imagine using level 18 on any dog. It felt completely inhumane.Out of concern, I didn’t try the shock on my Labrador. Instead, I used the vibration mode. While she noticed it, she didn’t understand it as a warning or recall cue—she just turned around and looked at her rear, clearly confused. Maybe it takes some time to gradually let her know what this thing is for.Unfortunately, this product didn’t work for us. Between the overly harsh shock function and the ineffective vibration, I didn’t feel comfortable using it and ended up returning it.

I love the fact that the color is big enough to fit around an extra large dog neck with room. I love the shock, the vibration and the noise channels that you can use with this item.

It seems like a really wonderful product. Instructions were simple. Lots of levels for the vibration and static options, remote works great. Has a locking feature shows everything on the display and shows the battery life for the collar and the remote!

Working amazing after 20 minutes of owning. My dog is reacting great to just the vibration feature alone. Have not needed to use the shock mode yet. I did test the shock mode on myself first for verification of this device working yet not harming my dog. The functionality of this devise is perfect and I would absolutely buy it again. Its easy to use as well as reading the directions for set up.
