Works very good and solid all around. It may decrease the amount of light output a little so don't expect it to increase the output.

I have a Neewer light and an Amaran light. Since this uses an industry-standard Bowen mount, it works on all my lights. It has plenty of options for lighting. Each gobo is made from metal. The edges are sharp, so be careful. It is easy to quickly swap the gobo. You can also zoom and focus on the plates, so a single plate can give many different effects. I wish it came in a carrying case, but the foam in the box is good.

I picked up the NULBOFU Bowens Mount Spotlight Conical Optical Snoot kit to use for some of my photoshoots. I wasn't sure what to expect as the majority of other spotlight mounts that are around this price point are aluminum or cheap-light weight metal make or even heavy-duty plastic, while the more expensive ones are nicely molded aluminum mounts. Well, once I opened the box I realized the NULBOFU is a really well-made heavy-duty aluminum black bowens mount spotlight with 20 metal spotlight shadows and 4 color gels giving you at least 104 different spotlight mixes and matches (20 ea per color gel, 20 with bare light, 4 just with gels alone), that's a grand slam if you ask me!The Mount comes nicely packaged with everything you need to hook up to your Bowens mount light, whether you have a Bi-color or a multicolored RGB, all you need is a Bowens-compatible light and you're ready to go!The only thing you'll ever need to both replace or maybe want more of would the the colored gels - that being said, if you have an RGB light, then gels are no issues at all.Overall, for the price, I think the NULBOFU Bowens Mount Spotlight Conical Optical Snoot kit is an excellent pickup!

The Bowens Mount Spotlight Conical Optical Snoot kit offers a nice range of creative tools, with a good number of color filters and gobos included. It gives you plenty of options for shaping light and creating interesting patterns. However, in terms of functionality, it leaves a lot to be desired. The focus knob shifts slightly as you turn it, making it tricky to lock in the exact focus you want, and the snoot gets quite hot during use, so caution is definitely needed when handling it.There's also a major tradeoff in brightness — when tested with a 300w light, the resulting image circle was drastically dimmer, nowhere near enough to light a full scene. Because of these flaws, the overall value for money feels questionable. It’s a decent tool for specific creative shots, but far from a versatile or essential piece of gear. Overall, it's potentially useful for some, but not recommended for everyone.

Works well on Bowens mount lights. Comes with a bunch of simple gobos. The window effects are the most useful for me to add background texture to video shoots.One annoying issue is that the barrel just rotates freely and doesn’t have a knob to lock it in place. This means your gobo slide holder can just fall out if you’re not careful. It makes sense to have it rotate so you can adjust the angle but not having a knob to tighten it down is not ideal. If it had that then it would be great.
