Did not work with my Tascam. I had this plugged into a 1/4" adapter, and into the Tascam and the level was unusable (very very very low even on the highest gain) It had to be the mic that was messed up, because other audio equipment worked fine on the Tascam. I wouldn't bother taking the risk.

Not very good. I got it for a camcorder mic and I don't find the audio quality to be all that good. I found it to be worse than the built in mic on the camera itself. Look for another mic for those purposes.
