This works well for my plantar facitus. I'm able to wear it with shoes that don't have good soles and still be able to walk around. The strap for fray almost immediately from getting stuck on its own Velcro though.

My wife absolutely loves this wrap! She uses it when we go walking and it does a great job of stabilizing her foot. It definitely helps to alleviate her pain.

Arch strap would not stay wrapped. Useless waste of money.

Even over thick socks, it wore a blister under my foot where the padded strap is. I put a large band-aid there, and continued to wear the strap.
