This product is easy to set up and use. It feels comfortable and sleeping is possible. I found relief in a few days.

This brace is used when sleeping or sitting and not for walking. It keeps my foot from curling down unintentionally. I have less pain when I wake up in the morning and can walk immediately. I recommend it.

Despite suffering the pain of plantar fasciitis, it has taken me quite some time to get my head around to working out what the heck to do with this. Not very intuitive and with pictorial only instructions it’s a tad baffling and I’m still not sure I have it worked out properly as it’s not the most comfortable. I certainly couldn’t sleep in it. I have simpler Velcro-on support bands that are comfier and do the job. I would suggest you try this out when you’re not in mid flare-up so you know what to do when you are, as the last thing you want to be doing with a painful foot is fiddle about trying to understand what to do. Worth a go if you are more patient than I, perhaps.

Far too uncomfortable to wear. The front section digs hard into the front of your leg and makes this contraption too painful to use. I wish I hadn’t bothered purchasing it.

Got this for my sister to try as she has this problem with her foot, despite an operation a year ago. Thought it would help her to cope, and it does. Not the best thing to try to wear at night in bed though.

This little gizmo's been a long overdue improvement helping me to be more proactive in loosening and stretching out/limbering up ligaments that have accidentally tightened up while being bedridden with a bad back for more of each day than I care to admit in recent years. The adjustable strap's a great feature. My only complaint is fairly fundamental: why on earth are these not sold in pairs the same way we buy socks and shoes?!

eYotto Plantar Fasciitis Night Splint,Plantar Fasciitis Brace Women Men with Adjustable Straps and Built-in Foot Massage Ball,Drop Foot Brace for Plantar Fasciitis,Achilles Tendonitis,Heel Pain Relief..I use this to prevent ‘drop’ foot. I only use at night and it’s slightly uncomfortable until you get used to it. First time putting on, it was a little confusing figuring out as I’ve never used anything like this. But Velcro holds well. It does have instructions.

Could not give this item a very comprehensive review. It was a bit painful to keep on. The arch support is concentrated in a very small area in the center of the sole and it digs into the foot rather painfully if you try to walk on it.

Ive been dealing with plantar facchitis for a few months now. I've added inserts to my shoes which help but i really wanted to work on getting a good stretch in with these night splints. It took a while for me to figure how to get strapped in but once I did I was able to get a really good stretch in. I ended up having to take them off halfway through also because I was stretching to much, so my advice would be a little tighter each night and very slowly working your up getting a deeper stretch. They are very adjustable to fit many size ranges. It's very comfortable to wear! It's great to strap in and go to sleep and let it work while you rest.

I recently got a much more robust boot from my podiatrist to solve the same problem (I have a picture of them next to each other)This one has a number of benefits over that other one:1. Cheaper2. More portable (if you need to travel with it)3. The foam massage ball (well, have of a massage ball) that goes into the arch of the foot actually feels quite good and seems like it provides better support than the more robust boot.4. The sleeve design for the foot paired with the ankle strap provides a much better custom fit.Main drawbacks:1. Having a single, thin Velcro strap in the middle of the foot to control the angle puts a lot more pressure on the middle of the foot than if it had two straps on the side of the foot (like my bigger boot).2. The base of the splint could probably benefit from being a little more rigid.Overall, this is a really reasonably priced splint that works fairly well.

The sleeve in the is soling is NOT for a wide foot. It will, unfortunately, cut off circulation after a short amount of time, thus making is relatively ineffective. You need to wear it for longer stints in order to get the benefit of the stretch. I’d only recommend it for a narrow foot.It also is a fairly acute angle, which, depending on your needs is good and bad. After purchasing a separate splint, which still works but is far more comfortable, it’s only as good as what you’re willing to tolerate in the end.

I accidentally injured my leg on a run, and to reduce some of the strain I got this — it’s done a great job at relieving some of the pressure. It’s easy enough to use, and after a while you begin to get used to it and no longer feel the discomfort. Highly recommend.
