STAY AWAY from this cheap brand that is no good and does it's own settings like if someone elsewhere is controlling the temperatures. It's been a nightmare for me and my neighbors who have this same temperature control in our apartments.

that it’s easy to control the time that you wanted to go to a certain temperature like say 75 from like seven at night till like seven in the morning and then change it 80° in the evening. It’s well worth the buy.

However; it did not work on my Goodman HVac. even though it looked the same as the one that I have. It would help if Amazon showed the wiring harness on their sight.

We had a Braeburn prod that we thought had gone bad. We ordered a replacement and our ac/heat showed up to install it. He said our old product just needed a reset. It was in a funny place. He reset the original Braeburn and it worked like a charm. Braeburn was very gracious about accepting our return. We will not hesitate to buy their products again.

This worked for about 18 months before it stopped regulating the temp of our HVAC system.

Product works just as described. I saw a decline in my electricity bill the following month after placing the thermostat into use.

Pretty straight forward instructions on how to program the temperature limits. You have to be as least a little tech savvy, but most clocks require it as well. I was able to play with the thermostat before I installed it simply by inserting the batteries. The programming held until I physically installed it on the wall and wired it in. I'm hoping this thermostat saves me on heat and A/C bills, since most renters don't think about that when it's included with rent. The display is simple and easy to see at a distance. The "Hold" button seems to stick, meaning that it stays on the "hold" temperature till it is changed or turned off. It appears to override the programming that allows you to raise and lower the temperature, depending on the time of day. Not necessarily a bad thing since I've already programmed in the heat and A/C limits. Be advised that this thermostat does NOT work for electric baseboard heat. It can't handle the voltage or the amperage. According to Braeburn, they don't have a thermostat for electric baseboard heat.
