I was looking for a QUIET appliance as I use it every day. When you use this one at full speed, you can still have a conversation while standing next to it! It's a miracle that someone finally made a quiet blender/food processor.The blender looks small but It blends just about as much as my old bigger super loud blender.The food processor comes with several attachments:citrus juicerCentrifuge juicerslicergrader (2 sizes)French fries cutter (so cool but it makes small French fries)a regular chopping bladea dough eating bladea whip (I whipped heavy cream in seconds)One thing to notice: you can't use both sides at the same time.It's fairly low profile and won't take too much space on your counter, although you will need to store all the extra parts somewhere.Over all, I love this thing! By having this, I got rid of my citrus juices, juicer, blender and food processor! I gained space and QUIET!

Every function one can imagine on the processor makes daily cooking easy. Parts must not be put in dishwasherBummer! One can use either small or big processor, not both at the same time but at least, one can prepare 2 things In 2 different containers. Maybe I would have bought the single processor to save space but then again I would have to buy the French fries cutter separately and the cost would be the same for the single as for the double processor. I like how tight the seal is and when I blend hot soup not a drop spills. First blender I had that sealed so well including Oster, Cuisinart, Bosch and Ninja. I guess it is woryh washing by hand to preserve this tight seal. The processor is not too loud either. Great gadget and has every attachment you will ever need. I made cookie dough, bread and cake with it.

While all of the cutting blades are excellent, the additional french fry cutter is a tremendous bonus and is not available from most other brands of food processors.

We have had this machine for a year now. It has served us well and should continue to do so for, at least, another 20 years! In fact our first unit, most likely the first series of this Braun product, lasted for more than 20 years. Eventually, the belt in the motor housing wore out. I could no longer source a replacement part, as this food processor was not on the market. Accordingly, we tried a number of alternative food processors, even professional models. However, it remained such a disappointment not to have our old machine back! Suddenly, this multi-function machine was re-issued and available on Amazon at a very reasonable price. Now it feels so good to have the "old style" back again. Using this machine is a very simple, convenient and logical process. The materials and accessories are durable. My only regret is that I threw out the accessories from our old, broken machine. There were some handy parts which, unfortunately, have not been re-issued. Yet, all you could really need (and more) is still included with the current machine.

I have cooked professionally and this is a wonderful home food processor. It is very versatile stable and the fifthteen speed increments are very helpful especially when making things like mayonnaise blending or whipping. If you order it you must sit down and read the manual it might be a little bit complex to use and things have to fit on just right but once you understand it it is seamless. Watch a few videos. I just love it. An added plus is that it is very stable on the counter and does not move around. Powerful smooth and very quiet.

I discovered this machine a long time ago. It's great, as it has lots of functions. And as it has many functions, it saves space. Instead of 10 machine, you literally have one: to mix dough, mince meat, make smoothies, extract juice etc.

This food processor works like a charm and is the least noisy of all our kitchen gadgets. I have used all of the attachments and am highly pleased with this purchase. This machine is all muscle, on a sleek, yet solid base. I cannot believe how quiet it runs. The juicing attachment was a bonus add on and I love the ease and speed of juicing now. It’s so easy to clean, without all the nooks and crannies that are difficult to clean on my other juicer. The only thing I haven’t used yet it the French Fry attachment, because I am eating low carb meals at the moment. This Braun also works very well for pureeing cooked vegetables. Often I ask myself why I did not buy this years ago. It makes food preparation fun and easy. It is so great, I don’t even mind hand washing it after use, especially since all my other dishes and utensils end up in the dishwasher. I don’t want to dull the blades or mess something up with the way everything fits together and locks with tight seals. Having a mini food processor next to the large one has its advantages. After I use the large bowl and I want to purée Carrots for the meal as well, I don’t need to first wash out the large bowl, I simply use the small one. Everything came carefully packaged and protected in the manufacturer’s original box. Shipping was fast. This Food processor exceeds all of my expectations. I am glad I chose it.

I love all the attachments and in particular the grater for potatoes in several recipes. The french fry attachment works great. That's new to me. This newest version for me seems to be quieter. Love it!

I hesitated a bit before purchasing this appliance because I was afraid of getting some "misfit" thing, knowing that German appliances in Europe are 220V and here in the US we are at 110V. After asking questions around and getting some answers I went on and purchased it. What a wonder! It has the power that I need, the speed and all. It is compact and does not invade my kitchen counter top. Attachments are good and do the job. Even the box that it is packed in is great, it does not take a ton of space. Thank you Braun for a technology that we can use at home every day comfortably! The other one that I want to get rid of, is gonna go for sure.
