works perfectly with my medela manual breast pump! i got it as a hand-me-down and the flange that came with it was so big and uncomfortable - then i found these and not only did i get two in the pack, but i was able to customize the pump to fit my own body with the added bonus of oval instead of circular cups, which makes it so much more adaptable! i didn’t even know these existed until i searched on amazon! super great find.

Great add on to my current pump sets! As a pumping mom, I need multiple sets of these to avoid washing parts all the time. This works well with my sets! The white silicon part is soft and comfortable. I will recommend.

Feels like a good quality replacement for the original pump parts. My wife’s pump didn’t come with very many sizes and these fixed the issues she was having.

I got these to use with my Medela manual pump. I was using the standard 24mm flange with a 21mm insert and it just wasn't comfortable using the insert. I liked that these had a silicone ring around them and were oval shaped. I'm not super busty (between a C and a Full C cup) and these are so much more cocomfortable for me!! They fit into the pump neck perfectly and I'm able to get a good seal on my breast. I have a golf ball sized fibroadenoma on the outer side of one breast and it was constantly breaking the seal on the round Medela flange that came with my pump. With these flanges I can get a good comfortable grip and not have the edge digging into my fibroadenoma! Would definitely order again!

I’m very happy with these pair of breast pump attachments, they fit me great and attaches perfectly to my Medela Harmony manual pump, it helps me to efficiently pump my milk out. The default 24mm horn thingy that comes with it is usually too big for some people like myself which we then have to go out looking for one that’ll fit just right.

These seriously look and act just like Medela originals, but at a better price point. My husband accidentally washed my Medela parts on the bottom rack of the dishwasher and 1 of them fell though and partially melted. I was so bummed and was going to grab a replacement locally, but in checking the store app, I could only purchase a pair and they were pretty pricey. I took a chance on these and was thrilled with them. They seriously look and act just like the originals. I got an extra set for my SIL in her size as she was looking for a backup pair so she doesn’t have to wash and sterilize so quickly after every use.
