HEATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR TWO PODS: Microwaves vary in power!
Step 1 - Lay pods flat on top of each other on a clean microwave-safe plate.
Step 2 - Begin initial heating duration for :40 seconds and carefully check the temperature between pods.
Step 3 - If more warmth is needed, add :10-second increments, carefully checking temp after each heating, until the desired warmth is achieved.
Step 4 - Note the total duration for subsequent heatings in the future when pods are back at room temperature.

Love the design, the fabric is much more comfortable than the gel packs by other brands and the size is ample and perfect for large chests, also the beads inside distribute heat well and the overall quality is good but one of the snaps popped off so I cannot hook it to my bra anymore. Regardless, they are pump friendly and still usable. They have helped me increase my milk supply.

The concept is really convenient, to have these hang onto a bra or tank top strap while you're pumping to provide either hot or cool relief. The bags themselves are of nice quality - the white side is even fuzzy for comfort - but unfortunately the snaps used to secure them over the bra strap are teensy tiny and of very poor quality; I used them only 3 times before a snap completely fell off, rendering it unable to be hung. As always with Amazon, though, the return process was very simple and painless.

The snap broke after the first use and they don't retain heat and/or cold long enough to be effective. A frozen bag of peas and a heated wet washcloth work much better.

During pregnancy my boobs/nipples have been super sensitive and hurt when I’m cold or have to wear a bra and heat is the only thing that alleviates the pain.I haven’t had my baby yet so I can’t comment on use for breast feeding purposes or using as a cold compress.

As a first-time mom, I got a lot of guidance from my lactation consultant to use cold for my engorgement (so painful and glad that part is over) and warmth to increase my milk flow and help with clogged ducts. My gel ice packs I already own were too big and awkward to use and I didn't own a hot pack so I decided on these and OMG, I can't say enough about them and how easy they are to use. I use them daily for warmth before nursing, and it's amazing. They attach around my nursing bra strap, super easy, I can even walk around with them attached, hands-free. They are soft, and two sided for warm or cold. I use the blue side down because I think they stay warmer longer that way. They seem super well made too so I will get plenty of use from them (my husband has used them for neck pain as well haha). I highly recommend to any new mom.

I was given these as a gift and ended up buying another set to give to someone else. They smell awesome although they do lose the smell. One thing I really love about them it they have multiple uses. Yes they work for sore breasts, but also put it on your gassy babies belly for some relief too! Love them.
