Gasket was not the right densness for a medium. More a small densness. I didn't know until I glued it in and mounted it back on the pellet stove, that it did not fit. I could have put several dollar Bill's between the door seal and the frame. Of course the pellet stove wouldn't start... my rope was not a density of a medium as advertised.....

Bought this as a spare (or two)! Already had one of these ready...and was happy I had it. Took 30 minutes to complete install on my Breckwell pellet stove door and stopped the dust I was getting as well as giving me a cleaner flame with less smoke. Awesome.

This rope gasket fixed the issue is the stove shutting down with a #2 error code. Easy install, just use masking tape to hold in place as you work around and let dry over night.

I purchased a 5/8" gasket locally but the size ran small and the door seal was way worse than it was with the old gasket. This brand did the job. There are instruction videos from this company on YouTube that were helpful in the installation. Take your time and follow the instructions closely. The gasket needs to fit in the door channel yet stick out enough to create a good seal.
