Broke my kitchen scissors so I searched and found these. Very sharp. Makes cutting up chicken and turkey, simple. Scissors come apart for easy cleaning and can also be used as a knife. Definitely glad that I bought these. Very heavy duty.

Exactly what I've needed!I've had other kitchen shears but they required more hand strength than I have. These however, are spring loaded and sharp!- Ready to just slice through a thick chicken bone like a warm knife through butter. Definitely an item I needed in my utensil drawer.

I used these to spatchcock a 23 lb turkey for thanksgiving and I can say without hesitation that I wish I have had these a long long time ago.They are easy to use and cut through bone like butter.I would recommend and I would purchase again.

Clever design for, fairly easy to disassemble for cleaning or to use the knife function. Seems to be well made.

This is a heavy duty scissors that has an impressive spring action. For cooking , it is great and you do want to lock it when not in use. You need some good hand strength to open and close it.
