Zamówiłam zestaw pod choinkę dla syna - ponad miesiąc wcześniej. Po rozpakowaniu prezentu pod choinką okazało się, że pudełko zawiera tylko tory. BEZ pociągu parowego i bez jakichkolwiek innych elementów. Nie spodziewaliśmy się tego zupełnie i byliśmy bardzo zawiedzeni.

The train did not work at the start. Then it started working again....and now it has completely stopped working again.DO NOT PURCHASE!I went to the Brio website and their customer service is a joke.

Trop cool pour mettre sous le sapin ,les rails en bois sont très bien faits et le circuit comporte aussi trois rails plastique accompagné de monticule de neige .La petite grue pour charger le cadeau de Noël est trop bien .Je recommande ce produit

The set features the usual Brio quality overall, but the steam effect is a bit underwhelming and the reservoir leaks a bit. The reservoir is very clever though, and sits inside of what is effectively a cup so the leakage isn't really a problem. It would be nice to have more steam but that would probably require something more like fog juice than water. All that said, the kids loved it and it still gets a 5 star rating from us, and setting the train up at Christmas will be a new family tradition.

Brio has a great name for a reason. This is a good quality. Only disappointment is that it's so simple. I wish it were cuter and Christmasier.

Expected more from Brio. The train doesn’t stay on the tracks. Maybe because the magnet on the back of the engine is loose. No way of opening the engine to tighten it. Not sure if it’s supposed to be loose. Doesn’t appear to be a way of contacting seller. I don’t think this is value for money.

We love Brio quality! The steam effect is super cool! This fits perfectly with our other sets and is unique. This will go around under our preschool classroom tree and then come home with me for my grandson to enjoy. I plan on bringing this out to set up every year to use around our "kid's Christmas tree" downstairs.
