Soft washable cover. Flexible. Good value for the money. Quality material. Design is great for my purpose. Not too thick. Good size for behind my neck and on the side of my head or under my chin while sitting in my chair.

I occasionally do housesitting and need to take a neck roll pillow with me to prevent neck issues when not using my usual pillows, and this fits the bill nicely. Easy to fit into my backpack or hook it to the outside, and has a nice foam quality that’s a good medium-firm density that holds its shape without being too hard overnight. Also great for naps or just relaxing, I look forward to using this for longer trips as well.Only small complaint is that I don’t love the feeling of the pillowcase material, so not for a regular cotton sateen type case over top.

Comfy - I like that you can use the pillow in multiple ways and the snap closure is convenient for securing around neck or other luggage

This pillow is of very high quality for only $20.I thought it was going to be a hassle carting it all over Europe, but no! I only wished I had bought it sooner. It works great when trying to sleep or relax on an airplane or train. You can bend it to fit how you like. I use it to cover my ears as to not hear "others" snoring! It also works as a knee pillow when you don't have one. Love how soft it is! I washed the cover after a 2 week trip and it came off and went back on very easily. Highly recommend if you want some good sleep without neck and shoulder pain.

When I opened up this pillow, I was delighted by how soft, squishy, and flexible this pillow was. I removed the outer shell to wash it, and discovered that the inner foam was scratched, falling apart, and stained. Mind you, this was immediately after I got it! Straight out the box and the foam already looked like it had taken a beating. But with the cover on, it doesn’t bother me too much.

It’s soft and comfortable yet sturdy for different parts of the body, under the knees or under the pelvis or under the neck. There is no wrong way to use this pillow. It’s great for travel!

I had my doubts about this neck pillow, but when I saw a review from a buyer who also had to sleep in a recliner, figured I'd try it. Oh.my.gosh, I am SO glad I did! I'm 5' tall, and couldn't find a regular pillow that hit right when I was in the recliner - this neck pillow is perfect. Right at the neck, and with the adjustable bar deep inside it, it holds my head in place while I sleep, so no more tossing and turning all night long trying to find a comfy spot, which means - better sleep. Really, really happy with this purchase!

Super high quality for the price! The memory foam is thick and supportive, and has a truly slow rise. I can lay on it for hours without worrying about it flattening. The size of the pillow is also perfect and not much bigger than a regular travel pillow.The bendable feature of this pillow makes it so versatile for any position. You can use it for lumbar, leg, back support. Around the neck, bending it one way or the other allows you to adjust the circumference, due to the position of the button tabs.Also, the buttons snap closed pretty tight and I had no trouble with it unbuttoning itself.Get this pillow over the overpriced, low quality ones at the airport!
