I did not receive anInstruction Manuel orReference Guide,Upon getting busy with my machine, the upper looper is not positioned correctly, I had to loosen the Allen screw to get the machine to flow, but even with moving the upper looper into a free flow position, it is not working smooth I have broke 1 needle and doing my stitch length and width set up.The looper arm/ cam is out of alignment.I would like someone to respond and set me up with a new precision working machine with manual, I have downloaded one off internet but I also want the cheat sheet advertised as included.

My machine cutter does not work. I thought my machine had a small cosmetic blemish. The machine is beautifulIt just does not cut.

Absolutely unacceptable! This machine was supposed to be refurbished. It is filthy, and that's an understatement. I opened it up and fuzz flew all over the place, its stuck to the mechanisms. Will never buy from this seller again. Very disappointed.

After watching YouTube for 3 days I threaded it and began to sew. I didn’t know it was so fast OH MY GOODNESS! I made pjs for my grand children (4) in 2 days. I wish I had brought a serger sooner. It’s works like a dream.
