Not at all pleased-I have had Covie so this is not timely. However, the front had some places where thepaint had chipped. After repairing and fixing files in it, I did no return. I was also passed the time to return

Does not look like wood at all. Looks plastic. Color is drab.

this is a nice piece. Instead of files though I use it to place all of my family's IPads and tablets to charge. It holds the weight. Only thing that was negative are that the wooden slats needed to be glued into the base piece for extra stability. I'm sure if you are only storing paper files, the wood slats are removable and would be fine.

This item arrived with chips and scratches and it's obvious they tried to paint over the imperfection. Definitely not what I expected for the price, will not buy from this company again.

I was completely impressed with the look and sturdiness of the organizer. My office leads to the Vice President's office and it is important that my area look at sleek and upscale as possible. These definitely fit that bill! And I like that they have felt tabs on the bottom of each tray so they don't damage the desk or the tray beneath. The brown blends very well with my office furniture too. Thank you.

This is a great product. I have been looking for a tiered standing file stand for awhile. It's sturdy and actually fun to assemble. Perfect color for my study. Thanks for a superior product!

This product is not only very well built, but is also an attractive addition to my home office. It is very solid making it easy to insert and remove files. It arrived in excellent condition and a quick question I had was answered quicklyand politely by their customer service department. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

We use this as our family's iPad/Kindle caddy, and it works perfectly for that purpose. The unit is attractive, dark brown, and reasonably sturdy, though a couple of the dividers are a little loose. They are not loose enough to fall out, but one of the dividers does not always stand straight up when there isn't a tablet or magazine leaning against it, which is why I deducted a star.
