Great brownie pan! I never looked at the dimensions before I ordered, so it was a little smaller than I expected. But, the brownies came out perfect.

Used for my daughter's birthday party. She doesn't like cake so I made 2 sets of cut brownies and 1 cake using the pans. I used box mix. Yes, that's correct, I'm not a baker at heart and the box mix seemed like the safest bet for a big group of people. I wanted the brownies to be thick in appearance for aesthetics so I used 2 boxes in each pan. There was just too much batter in the pans. While baking the brownies rose above the cutting grids making it difficult to remove them. The ones that weren't raised over the cutter came out perfect. The ones that rose over the grid got mangled but I just ate those myself. Haha. If I were to try again I would make 3 boxes of batter and maybe put 1.5 boxes into each tray with the cutter inserted. I sprayed the cutter generously with avocado oil spray as well as the pans. It was a very nice presentation to have all the brownies cut perfectly. I will definitely use these again when I make pumpkin bars in the fall.

I make alot of brownies for parties, potlucks and this pan makes life so much easier. I don't have to worry about cutting the brownies evenly or messing them up. The brownies don't stick to the pan as long as you grease it. I just deducted one star because greasing all the edges can get a little tedious.

I already had a pan like this but needed another to cook multiple batches. This one is lighter weight than my other pan. It had held up great, I’ve cooked brownies in it multiple times. It’s nonstick but I still spray the pan and have no problem with my brownies sticking. It makes perfect brownies all the same size. I paid a little more money than I wanted to but it was worth it. Great value for the money, works well.

While this pan is great for evenly cut brownies, the brownies are much harder than my normal moist ones. I am going to try just using the spacer as a cutter once they are baked.
