Using Instruction
1. Please wash cookie sheet set with warm water and mild soap before first using.

The best thing I’ve ever bought for my kitchen!! I ordered it before New Year’s to roast a large batch of vegetables at once, and now I use it every day! The sizes are very convenient, it’s lightweight, and most importantly, it’s not made of cheap aluminum but of stainless steel!! A purchase that will last a lifetime—just perfect!!

We got these to replace our prior baking sheets that were decades old. Can’t complain, the price was good and they do the job. FYI I have noticed that cooking time does tend to take a bit longer using these compared to other materials.

So, as you all know, depending on what I order, I DO NOT leave an immediate review as soon as it arrives. WHY you ask?? Why not help the sellers, and give them some much anticipated feedback?? BECAUSE I HAVEN'T HAD TIME TO SEE WHAT IT IS GOING TO DO....THAT"S WHY!!! But anyways, here goes.I purchased this set a couple of months ago based of the high ratings, and numbers. Now, of course, in life not everything will go the way you plan. So I read the positive and negative comments, reviewed almost all of the pictures, and made my decision. Update: The smallest sheets/racks in this set are a perfect fit for standard 8-1/2x11 paper. They're great for containing the mess while we're painting or gluing or spreading salt or whatever on the paper, and then they're also great for drying the art project overnight!***I love these so much!!!I always worry about my kitchen stuff - like, is this poisoning my family? Haha - I go a little crazy with it, and everything is suspect. My old cookie sheets were solid aluminum, and I always used a silicone mat, but I always worried about them anyway. My other cookie sheets were nonstick, but they were several years old and scratched and rusty...I feel so much better using these cookie sheets! These are very shiny and so far seem durable. I wash them in my dishwasher, and they come out looking great.And I LOVE that they come with fitted racks. I cook things on racks all the time (pork chops, garlic bread, french fries...) and previously this usually involved a slightly-too-big rack on a lipped pan that slid around as I put it in the oven, and then one corner of the rack would usually fall into the pan and the food would be lopsided... It's so nice to have a proper tool!I use the racks just as often for cooking cakes and cookies. But it's so nice to have racks that are all purpose for my kitchen. That means I have more room in my cupboards!Very happy to have found this set.

I saw a lot of questions about sturdiness and size when I was looking at this product. So, to clear up one thing, outside of a professional bakery, I know no one that uses and no place but a kitchen supply store that sells full size baking sheets. The largest available almost everywhere is a 1/2 sheet pan. I have been looking for a 1/4 sheet pan which are harder to find especially in stainless steel. These 3 are 1/2, 1/4, and 1/8. My initial reaction to the 1/8 was really? But I have already thought of a variety of ways to use it when I am roasting veggies for 1 or 2 or making just enough biscuits for breakfast for 2. As to construction, they are as sturdy as most that I own and I have at least one sheet pan that was bought at Sears in the early 1970's. That one is probably the one that "warps" in the oven but that slight warping or twisting only matters if you have a cake in it. I do own one all-clad from William Sonoma and it cost over $150 and is so heavy I avoid using it. These pans were reasonably priced and the racks were a nice bonus. Now, finally, why stainless and not aluminum and coated versions that are in all the stores? Because stainless can be cleaned with a steel wool soap pad and keep the pans looking super with no brown build up. Trying to clean aluminum like this will just scratch and cause deterioration. Plus I think stainless holds up better and is sturdier. I don't need any more pans right now but was thrilled to find these on Amazon at a reasonable price and I am using them regularly and very happy.
