I bought my step mom one and when I was setting it up. I added mine to my cart as well. And my sister did the same. I love that anyone with the app and that is connected to the frame can add pictures and it makes a noise when someone does send pictures to the frame and shows what they just sent! Love it. Haven't done the music yet but it has that feature as well. Tells the time. The weather of the day

We gave one of these to both sets of grandparents and loaded a flash drive with pictures of their first grandbaby for Christmas. We will help them set it up and are excited to send updated pictures directly to their frames! I don't know yet if digitally sent photos will integrate with the flash drive photos. We actually borrowed one of the frames to load pictures for our son for his first birthday party and placed it on the food table. It was a lovely addition and something I expect to do moving forward. The frame is rather simple and looks a little cheap. Although I appreciate that it is matte black. It looks like they will be releasing a more traditional looking photo frame late next year!

I love the picture quality and sharpness, the frame is nice looking. But the manufacturer went so cheap on the stand that holds the picture frame falls over easy the kick stand falls off almost every time it gets moved. I do like the size and the easy installation of my pictures

Really nice addition to my desk.I loaded it with my artwork and it keeps me motivated to make more.Only thing wrong is some USB sticks don't work.I had a problem with the USB not working after a week or so and they sent me a new frame that so far works.

The frame worked fine for about six months. Then it started blinking malfunctioning displaying wild colored bars that would come and go constantly. Now it’s just a source of ongoing frustration. The link that Amazon has posted to the BSIMB Support site is invalid. So I have the wonderful feeling of being left out in the cold. I have contacted the company directly on the web and they have ignored my request for support. The sad part is, I bought the 16 inch frame in addition to the 10 inch that I already have and gave the larger oneto my mother. I’m just waiting for her frame to die as well. I expected at least a couple of years of life out of this thing so don’t waste your money. I’ll say it again, don’t waste your money. There’s a reason these frames are always listed at a steep discount. I should’ve been suspicious, but instead , I got sucked in. I don’t like to write reviews because I don’t know if people actually read them. But in this case I’d like to protect other folks from making the same decision. It can take days weeks, etc. to find the right photos to upload to your frame. So now that we have over 2000 on this one, I’m going to have to buy a new frame and start all over again. Pain in the ass, disappointing, frustrating, and pretty damn ridiculous. Thanks for spending the time to read all of this. And good luck on your search for a decent quality photo frame. This product is clearly not what you’re looking for.

I bought this frame to substitute a frame that I had which is one of the most popular frames. I gave that frame to my Mom and I have been sending her pictures and she has enjoyed that. I thought about buying the same frame again but the price is high, and I thought I would give a try to something not as expensive. I looked at various otpions and decided to try this BSIMB frame. Well, the result has been quite positive. Not only did I get a very nice frame for half the price, the features that it has are way better. For example in this frame I love the idea of a maleable leg to help support the frame at different angles and not just a cardboard that kept my other frame at a fixed angle. The packing box is quite nice and looks as nice as the other frame but at half the price. The image is excellent and sharp and you have a menu with 5 different options for displaying your pictures, Display Mode, Caption, Background Music, Slideshow interval, and Slideshow transition effect. For display mode, three options, fit to screen, full screen pan, full screen fixed. I like the full screen pan to showcase picture while showing slowly the whole picture ocuppying the full screen There is also a central menu screen where you see the pics on one side with aweather on the other side and a set of buttons at the buttom for alarms, clock, video, music and settings. You can set a sleeper so that it doesn't have to run all day and all night. All, useful options. Are there aspects that could be better, yes, like perhaps having music linked to a music services you may be registered to, and also better help. I have found it is a bit lacking for the app and for the frame. Even on youtube, not a lot of videos, I may do one.I had read a number of comments about the app and I had to find a couple of things myself, like how to add pictures to it. The reason was that I limited access to my photos and I had to modify to give full access and able to now select from all my photos. I would have expected a way for me to see the option of expanding my selection once I limited the access, but it was not documented anywhere , in the end I found how to do it. Some people complained about loading. I had no problems with the speed of loading or loading videos either. The only thing is that for videos you are limited to 200 MB which is not much. It would be nice to have a chance to load larger videos. BTW, my other frame doesn't allow videos.So, overall it is absolutely great value for money, the frame looks nice, the picture is excellent, it can be hung from a wall too,several good menu options, we like it better than our other frame .My wife and I decided to buy three more to give to our family for Christmas and share pictures between all of us.After three weeks with it, y wife and I are very pleased.

Bought two of these for each set of grandparents and am so happy with the purchase. The frame and screen are surprisingly large and bright and display photos beautifully. Set up is very simple (even for my 70 year old parents) and the ease of sending photos to multiple frames at the same time through the app is great! Would definitely buy again and recommend to anyone looking for an affordable but high quality digits photo frame.
