When I first received this frame and uploaded photos, I thought I would likely return it, however I stuck with it and played with the options on the remote and now I am in love and likely will purchase another one.Pros: Size is awesome! We decided to place it vertically vs landscape. Both positions look great with certain photos.-connecting to wifi was easy and no problems maintaining connection-Vphoto app at app store appears to be maintained with regular bug fixes- Have not had the issues other reviewers have had with the app. So far uploads are smooth with no issues ( including uploading several photos at once)- pics are beautiful in the frame, of course if its not a clear picture it will reflect in the pic clarity on the frame, however still looks ok-family members can easily upload to the frame if they download the VPhoto app and add your frame via code-option for pleasant sound notification when a photo is added-scheduling option to turn frame on or off-sound volume option. Sound quality for video is acceptable-64 G internal storage and you can upload lots of photos & videos, likely more than you will ever need-SD Card & USB option for your stored pics-can easily be placed on the wall with the included hardware-can easily delete & fit pics to frame via the remote-slide show option with ability to customize the intervals. I have mine at 30 seconds as I found 1+ minutes was a bit longCons:-not a touch frame- don't lose the remote! You will need it!- you will have to be a bit patient and troubleshoot as you familiarize yourself with the remote & frame, but its worth it! Smaller touch frames are easier to customize however then you don't have the larger size of this frame. I bought this mainly for the size.Initially I was a bit frustrated as I was use to the touch option of a smaller frame from a different brand, however after trouble shooting for a bit, I was in love with this frame-instructions are not great. Be prepared to play with the remote and discover the options to customize on your own-there is no cordless option for wall display, therefore you will have a visible cord and you need to have a plug available, however from my research there are no cordless battery digital frames available anywhere. The cord is black however there are options on the market available to "hide" cords so it isn't so stark on your wallOverall I am very happy with the frame and will likely purchase a second one . I planned to give this frame 4 stars however once you figure it out and despite the small number of cons, the size and quality alone makes it 5 star

This frame works well, there is no question.What does not is remote uploading. You need to set up your e-mail and upload… Well, not so fast, the upload does not always work for some reason, so do not rely on it too much.You can use a 1 TB microcard as additional memory. THAT is great, no question about it.If there is a way to play music during the slide show, I did not find it. (user information/error).It does not really matter, as the audio is of poor quality, in my opinion. One more thing, the frame extracts the image from the audio file and adds it to the images' collection. THAT is an issue. Who wants an album art to display?Video, as stated, the sound quality is abysmal (IMO) so unless you like mute video, and you want the sound, either deal with it or select another frame.I give four stars simply because of the massive memory (CF card). It might be an overkill considering my negative comment, but other frames are limited when it comes to CF card capacity.

So far this frame is wonderful. Easy to use. Wanted to use it in landscape but pics from phone fill frame turned up. I was able to set the hours I wanted it to run. Very satisfied.

I absolutely love this! The picture quality is great and my family enjoys watching all the pics. If you set your phone camera settings correctly the pic will take up the entire screen. The pics are super easy to upload.

Solid construction with all the supplies you need to install it. The operating system is not fast but the interface was very easy to navigate. I loaded 300 movie poster files with no problem. You do need to be aware of system requirements but they are discussed in the user manual. The remote is well planned out with just the right button selection to help you easily navigate. The BEST feature is the screen. It is bright, accurate and has a wide viewing angle. It is not thin but that wasn't what I wanted. I was looking for a box that felt like the backlit poster frames from when I worked in a movie theatre. I added LED backlights that I plugged into the frame's USB-C port for power. I also installed an in-wall cable management kit so I could hide the cord. I LOVE it.NOTE: The first one I ordered could not get past the welcome screen. It seemed to be a software issue. I contacted the service department and they were very good at getting back within 24 hours. After a couple of suggestions from the service team that did not work I decided to send it back. The day after I did the service team responded with instructions to reset the frame software. This probably would have worked so I will include those instructions here. "You can try to reset the frame to see if the problem can be solved. There are two holes for the charging port on the back of the photo frame. Please try to poke them with a needle. These two positions are the upgrade hole and the reset hole."When the second frame came it worked perfectly. I am very happy with it and I hope it lasts for a long time.

Bought 3 of them for family! Very easy to use. Love the fact you can delete a picture if you want as it plays. Gives many options for playing and sharing

First one went black and died in the first month. Amazon sent a replacement. A bit of a hassle sending back the dead one.Works well. A bit difficult for older people to understand. It was a gift for grandparents.A new daily code to ad a user/contributer is a hassle for older folks but increases security.
