A: Of course, but not all above-ground swimming pools can be used. It can be used for some mini portable swimming pools, but it is not suitable for larger swimming pools, because its power cannot achieve rapid preheating.

A: Our 2000W immersion water heater is recommended to have a maximum capacity of 50 gal . But if you heat 50 gal of water, you need to wait about 3 hours. So buy two and put them in the water together and heat at the same time be more efficient and faster to save more time, just remember not to plug the two heaters into the same outlet, it will trip.

I needed this to prepare for the upcoming winter. I have outside animals and their water buckets freeze, and it’s such a pain. I hate busting up ice and bringing out new buckets. This is perfect to sit in the bucket and keep the drinking water melted.

I bought this for our small pool and wow it works so well! I put it in the pool for three hours and the water was bath water warm. I took it out for about 30 minutes and then put it back in for two hours and let me tell you, it was like a damn hot tub!!! We actually had to add some cold water from the hose so our three year old could get in!As others have mentioned, you do need to be cautious when it’s in the water because it will burn you badly if you touch it. And be sure to unplug it before you remove it from the water or it will break. Pretty much just use common sense and you’ll be alright.Just for the fun of it I put it in a 5 gallon bucket and the water was warm within 40 minutes. Overall, I am very satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend!

Only used unit like 6 times heated well however falling to pieces. Would like a refund or a better replacement

Doesnt have off and on button. Plus if it falls in, you can burn, automatically have to unplug before retreiving it. So if your not thinking and your automatic thought is to grab it, youll burn
