The nozzle is a little cheaply made. It worked fine for our event. I like the space under it I filled it with gold Easter grass to match the colors.

Purchased to use at work for large work functions. Is fantastic, keeps the drink cold with the ice column down the middle, has a sturdy rubber-ringed base and large capacity. The drink nozzle drips a little bit, but nothing concerning. Cleans up easily.

Pet peeve is someone who cannot, at my party, find something to drink at the bar, the big coffee bar sink filled with ice and non-alcoholic bevs and bottled waters or at the signature cocktail drink station. THESE PEOPLE EXIST. Then they walk into my busy kitchen, where I am trying to stay calm and cool, finish dinner, find a band-aid or whatever, and ask me 'Just for a glass of water.' A POX ON THESE PEOPLE!!! I hate them so much and they are always ALWAYS there, that I bought this thing, I fill it with water and ice only and wave the people out of my kitchen to get their own glass of water. Now I shoo them away. I saw one of these at a rooftop pool bar in CA and fell madly in love with the possibilities and ordered it from my phone poolside. I did order a better spigot from experience. Even my $$$ modern glass drink dispenser needed a faster pour/no drip spigot that's all metal. I bought it here. It works just fine, it's plastic but doesn't look tacky and you can be a little rougher with it (in terms of storing it nested back in its box in the garage for example) while his glass cousin has to be pampered and coddled and weighs a ton when it's hefted back into it's tall shelf spot. Ok, that's my review. I wish the ice-holding thing in the middle was pierced so I could be fruit it in, but it's meant only for ice that wouldn't 'water down' a punch, so it makes sense but since mine is only for water, it would be better that way but I couldn't find that combo in one I liked.

These are plastic, huge and perfect for parties. They come in basically 5 pieces.... the base, the middle -main piece, the spout(with washers), the center ice holder (which is removable - use or don't use - your choice) and the lid... they go together easily, holding a great deal of liquid (I put 5 large tea containers - about 1 1/2 quart size (?) and it didn't fill it to the top WITH the ice holders in place. I do recommend as other reviewers to pay particular attention in carefully installing the spout... I did and had NO leaks! They are quite large so you'll need a good, deep sink. I actually used my laundry sink cause it is even deeper than my kitchen sink. The pieces stack inside of the main drink piece and minimize the space needed to store them. I did keep the plastic bags that encased them new and used them to keep the dust off them in storage. I am very happy with this purchase - having said that - I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

I own two of these since I entertain lots. This dispenser is perfect...First, it looks like glass. In fact, someone even made a point how dangerous it was for me to be serving pineapple jalapeno margaritas in a pretty glass container as though it would crash to the floor. However, unlike some of the glass dispensers I've used, this one doesn't leak. YEA!It holds far more than most as well and has a nice stand that it attaches to to make it the perfect height off the counter.The trick is to screw the dispenser on well and use the washers that come with it on both sides...that will make it unleakable.But my favorite part is that the drinks stayed chilled for hours because this has a removable ice chute that goes down the center of the dispenser. If you don't feel like using it, just remove it and put the lid back on without it but we actually used this without having to haul in an icebag for the margaritas because the drinks came out of the dispenser chilled. And that is fabulous!If you are doing a fairly clear drink you can even make it more decorative. For example, if you are serving lemonade, put slices of lemons in the center chute along with the ice for a decorative touch.Whether serving tea at a dinner party or serving margaritas at a huge gathering, this is as simple as it gets and you can prepare the drinks and forget them before guests even arrive. No bartender, no pouring, no worries...set it out and they can help themselves and you have more time to mingle!This is a third of the price of my old glass dispenser and it stores away more easily because it is lightweight and this one doesn't leak and my old one did. AND this one is far prettier! It actually looks elegant!

Used this during Thanksgiving and had nothing but COMPLIMENTS...What I loved about this is that 1st, it's made in the good ole' USA!!!...That's the first thing you see on the box...2nd, the ice cone is in the middle which cools your beverage more evenly and makes changing out the water from the melted ice effortless...I have friends that have the ice bowl at the bottom of their beverage dispenser...The problem with those is when you need to empty the melted ice water but have plenty of beverage left in your container...It gets REAL awkward holding the heavy container while someone goes to dump the water and refill with new ice cubes...Trust me, I know because I'm usually the one holding the dispenser!...We were able to recycle the melted water (in the pet bowls...go recycling!) and refill with fresh ice cubes with NO problems!!!...The 3rd thing I love about this is that it has measuring marks on the dispenser...Another thing I noticed my friends not having on theirs...This assisted with mixing the rum punch that we used this beverage dispenser for...I did read one review where a woman felt like it didn't look as clean and shiny after her 1st use...I treated mines like I would any car window or mirror...If you let it dry with water drops, then it's not going to look all shiny and clear...If you wipe it out and rub it good like you would a window or side mirrors on your car, it looks great for use again!...That seemed to work for me.
