This thing has been destroying bugs in my back yard since hanging it up a few days ago and I love it. The dusk to dawn timer works well and I like that I don't have to worry about turning it off during the day. As soon as it comes on, I begin to hear the sweet sound of mosquitos and other flying pests getting zapped and in the morning I can see all of the dead bugs in the zapper and on the ground around it.That leads me to 1 quick point; wherever you place it will end up having dead bugs on the ground all around it. So it's probably not a good idea to place this over top an area where you prepare or eat food or your kids play.Other than that, this thing is perfect.Edit:I took off 1 star for this because shortly after posting this review (and only after a week or so of use) the included light bulb burnt out. At first I thought the unit was defective because I didn't think the bulb would fail that quickly, but after ordering a replacement and watching the zapper come back to life, sure enough it was a bad bulb. Maybe I got a dud.Either way, the replacement bulb is working and it's back zapping bugs like crazy.

After 5 months the bug zapper burned out. You get what you pay for.
