This has been a great media free toy for car rides. Our kids interest Ebbs and Flows, but she still asks for it almost 3 years after the initial purchase.

Blue toggle on the green shoelace is not connected. Size and rounded shape is dangerous for baby who may choke if it comes loose.

Bought one for my greatgrand children to play with when visiting. It kept all of them busy for hours. Only complaint was listening to them begging to bring it home with them. It even kept my attention challenged greatgrand son occupied for quite a while.

I bought this for my 1 year old to take with us on vacation. We had a long drive and I wanted to make sure he was entertained. It worked great! He enjoyed it and it also did not make a mess in the car which was a huge plus! The material it is made out of is soft and safe. The bright colors caught his attention and the activities are great to enhance his fine motor skills.

So I bought this for use during road trips - my 1.5 yr old son hates car rides. He enjoys playing with it for a little bit - but that's just him. I think when he gets a little older and has a better understanding of how to fully use it, it would be better for him. It has so many things to keep a child's hands busy. Kids can learn a lot from this toy - how to tell time, tie a shoe, count to ten with the beads (although on mine, the 6 and 7 both have 7 beads lol) and there's also hands with velcro fingers to teach counting, how to buckle, use a zipper. Overall a fun learning toy for toddlers.
