Using a bka3004 buttkicker amp from eBay . I'm guessing my system is way under powered but so far everything seems up to par. Couldn't imagine hooking up my Memphis viv1500.1 to the thing đŸ˜›

I love this thing! I built a 4'x8'x6" platform and isolated it with rubber feet for my couch to sit on. Playing Battlefield is incredible! I have a really nice sub so I went for the concert over the LFE and it's perfect

This is intense. Get an amp that can power it at 2 ohms with over 1000W RMS per channel such as a Behringer iNuke 3000 or in my case I'm using a Behringer EP4000. I have it mounted (bolted) to an office chair, I use it for playing bass and studio production, it pairs well with good headphones for providing a full sonic experience.If you can your amp doesn't have a cutoff filter make sure you can EQ the output to the buttkicker and roll off everything over 200Hz otherwise muffled sounds above that frequency will be audible. Far easier to use than a subwoofer for mixing.Subs need big rooms that are treated well and monitors that have accurate cutoffs, this needs a chair that can allow this to mount as close to your butt as it will allow. I wonder if transducers will ever catch on for music production.Oh yeah, listening to music casually, watching movies and intense TV show and video game effects are pretty neat through this too.
