I bought it to use with an inexpensive acoustic preamp with a marginal input jack. I inserted this one and it fit snuggly. Now I don't need to repair or replace the preamp.

Works OK. But sometimes, I have to wiggle the cord coming into the adapter around to get a good connection. I've ended up not using it much.

I bought a wireless microphone for my DJ controller and the wireless transmitter was unable to fit with my controller in my case. This little adapter helped make the transmitter fit, improve its range, and didn't have any negative effect on sound quality. Great buy!

I needed a right angle adaptor for my Jazzmaster guitar since the jack is on the front. It helps me to run the cable up through my guitar strap and out of the way from the wiggle stick. This did the job!

I have an Ibanez S320 electric gutiar and wanted to use my wireless transmitter, but it would not work on this guitar because the jack is recessed at an angle into the guitar body. This L-shaped adapter was slim enough to plug in, and came out perpendicular to the body of the guitar, making it easy to plug my wireless transmitter into it. Worked like a charm! Guitar is back to sounding great and I have a lot more mobility while playing.

This right angle adapter worked for me, after trying 3 others. Every situation is different. I am using a microphone, through an inline impedance matching transformer, into a guitar amp as a mini PA for home use (vocal/acoustic guitar). Yes it works, but the cable was sticking way too far out into my living room. So needed to drop the cable straight down (see photo). Tried several other options that didn't work including various short right angle extension cables/adapters. But they all caused humming. >>This right angle adapter worked for me! All connections tight and NO HUM! Again, all situations different, but for mine - perfect! I just ordered 2 more.
