I purchased these towbar connectors in April. I wasn't able to install them until a few days ago...! Had to leave my JEEP at home and rent a car because....PARTS WERE MISSING. THE EFF PINS AND LOCK RIGS WERE NOT INCLUDED...!!!!!!! I can't find them anywhere as they are proprietary.$250.00 spent for uselessness and a bag full of trouble...! SEND PINS AND PIN LOCKS TO ME A.S.A.P. PLEASE.....!~~~~~Sunhonkey.

I received this product and I have a tight deadline on needing it to work.In the questions about this product it says the Pins are 3/4's that is what I need.Well I did not receive the pins with my order and as far as I can tell the hole is 7/8"Can someone tell me if these are truly 3/4? Not to mention for what they are the cost is crazy.

I ordered to go with a Blue Ox 7365 tow bar but error in shipping I received a 7380 tow bar but these still fit perfect on my Havoc bumper with D rings. Pretty expensive but built well.

Went from having a Blue Ox Base plate for my Jeep Wrangler to having an after market bumper. These adapters allowed me to continue to use my Blue Ox Tow bars while only changing out the Hooks. These are well built, but pricey. I checked numerous other options and kept coming back to these. They work and are made for the Blue Ox Set up. I actually like the set up better than the Base Plate because it sets perpendicular to the Jeep without an adapter on my tow hitch from my RV. Pricey, but works great.
