It took a few days to fluff out. It still has lumps now after about 5 days, so hoping those flatten out eventually. It came with a stain on it, as if it had already been used. My dogs like it okay, but I would probably not purchase again as I don’t like paying almost $200 for an item that seems to have been previously used. You also really have to fluff it and kinda position the stuffing around so it looks like a “couch.” We have it positioned against a wall, otherwise the back just flops down onto the floor. We don’t return it because we needed something immediately and it would have been a colossal pain to package it back up as it came vacuum-sealed.

It’s falling apart at the seams. It’s huge and came in a vacuum sealed bag so getting it returned is creating all kinds of issues!
