One bracket bent and loose, will take to machine shop and have it welded solid. Other than that easy to use and looks very sturdy, good value for the price, and will fit my slide

My rig is a bit older a 2012 and my slide outs tend to sag some when deployed. Thesxe lift support jacks make the entire camper feel more solid and ensure that my slides stay level. They are super easy to set up and take down, as well they are sturdy!

UPDATE: I reached out to the manufacturer and they addressed the bent jack and sent a replacement. The customer service was easy and responsive to work with. The new jack was packaged much better, so there were no issues with anything bent. The metal is the same thickness, which still gives me a little pause, but the company does seem to stand behind their product, giving me much more confidence for the long term. I would say that brings them up to 4.5 to 5 stars, but since there is no middle ground I will give them the benefit of the doubt.The box was heavy so I was hoping they were going to be good solid jacks. When I opened the box one of the supports was already bent. I was not impressed that happened in transit. The basic mechanics is simple and there is a lot of adjustment there to fit your needs. The metal is ok, just not as robust and thick as I had hoped. The set pin for the macro height adjuster is on a really long chain to reach the top hole, but stowing that chain and pin is kind a hassle. It would have been nice to have a hole at the bottom to stow it in its lowest position so that the top part would stay secure and not be free to slide out of the base sleeve. I think they will serve their purpose; I do think the design could be improved and for the price I would have thought the metal components would have been a thicker gauge steel. Overall, they will work and they will serve their purpose, I am thinking they could be improved for the price.

Instead of using these as slide-out supports, I use them as jack stands. The bases are narrow so I mounted a 1'x1' piece of 1 1/8" sub-flooring material to help the stability. They work well for things like supports/legs (4) for a portable work table, welding supports, etc. They are certainly strong enough for my applications and worth the retail price.

We are blessed to have a good sized travel trailer and it has three slides. Two of these are for the rear living room and are quite large in size. I've always worried about the contact weight on the slide parts.The Byernauto two pack slide out support are large stabilizer jacks that can adjust from 19 inches to 47 inches and are advertised to hold up to 5,000 pounds. I out two of these under the largest slide which is the left living room, kitchen, and two refrigerators and these jacks did a great job holding everything up.I don't know what it would cost to fix a broken slide but I'm sure it is a lot more than the cost of these support jacks! They are made of high quality components and work very well.

I've had RV trailers with slide outs for hunting and camping over the years. I can see that these jacks are definitely built tough enough to lift, stabilize and support even the largest of slide outs!! I don't know that I would call them heavy duty, but the vertical material has enough rigidity to easily support 5,000lbs. If your using them on soft or uneven ground, be sure to use wood or anything strong and wider than the 5 inch round bases to keep them from sinking, or to keep them standing straight. With that being said, what really crossed my mind when I saw the listing, is that they also come in handy for in the garage or work shop. They work great to support long pieces of material for cutting, welding or fitting etc.... The height adjustment of 19 to 47 inches works good to match bench height and the U shaped tops make them ideal to hold narrow materials in place. Also, they come with a replacement or refundable lifetime warranty if there are any issues with them. Life is Good!! These Slide Out Support Jacks Rate Really High on the Claydog Approval Scale!!
