This is the 2nd time this Jack has failed me! The first one lasted 3 years and then failed me before the camping season. Thinking it was fluke I decided to by the exact same model. This time it didn't even last me a year. There is no way to contact the company. It won't go up or down, but the the light still works. It's an obvious motor problem.

I love this product had the old hand crank for years,this works great and is plenty fast..saved my shoulder and back.should have gotten this alot earlier..I highly recommend this product

Installed and seems well built. But warning, this thing is slower then slow. Lifts my trailer so does the job and hope it lasts.
