Only used it to lube stabilizers on a new keyboard and had no issues, the container has more lube than I expected, the switch opener works as far as I know (tried with an Outemu switch), the brush is a little big but not cumbersome at all. While I don't think this is actual Krytox GPL 205g0, it's a good deal, arrived on time and works as it should.

Everything comes in a nice little pouch that has ample space for extra tools, lubricant is equivalent to other premium options and there's plenty of it, brush has held up after lubricating well over 200 switches without much fraying, switch puller is comfortable to use and the claw pen was surprisingly useful for holding stems to lubricate without getting any on your fingers. The keycap puller feels a bit flimsy due to the spring-like handle being directly connected to the prongs but works fine, and the switch disassembler is a little bit rough to use and cracked the shell on one out of the 200+ switches but works as expected otherwise. Would give 4.5 stars if it was an option only because I've used better keycap pullers before and the switch disassembler would ideally be a little bit shallower, because too much force when trying to disassemble a switch can lead to it putting strain on the prongs that hold the two halves of a switch together.

This was a really good kit for the price. Worked perfectly for my first ever keyboard and gave me everything I needed. Honestly this is great if you're starting out.

the keycap puller was a little small for the bigger keys so i end up having to use the one that came with my keyboard. everything else is absolutely fantastic and the lube is pretty good for stabs and switches too!

The tools are well constructed and did the job perfectly. The lube is good enough, I don't have anything to compare it to but it worked a treat. The switch opener worked well and is weighted so it stays on the table. Only complaint is I wish the brush had a finer tip but that's it.It was a nice surprise everything came in their own felt cases.I have a keyboard with milky gateron yellows. I lubed the bottom half of the switch with the brush, and the springs and stems in a container with lube that I shook around to distribute the lube evenly. Now the switches are smooth as butter and make very little noise. Just a nice thoc.I may have applied a little too much lube but I'm not sure. I'm happy very happy how it came out though. If this is your first time lubing, id apply less than you think you should because you can easily overlube switches.

The key puller is too small to be of much use. The little claw-grip thing doesn't have long enough fingers, or something, because when you retract it, it just...lets go of the switch. I ended up lubing my set without the use of this tool. I did not try the lube because I ordered some krytox, but I imagine it's the same. The keyswitch opener is worth the cost of the whole set--I loved it! Easy to use, and satisfying. I showed it to a friend who said I was crazy lubing the entire set. "You'll destroy those switches," he said. This, because he had used a blade or something to open his switches in the past. He was very impressed when I showed him the ease of using the little key opener. And the paint brush was fine. I didn't use the little tweezers.

This kit was my breath of fresh air in a two day long process. I knew I would need a kit to help me build my first keyboard and this did not disappoint. I can comfortably say every I utilized every piece in this kit to its maximum potential. The brush feels great in the hands, the stem holder is sturdy, both pullers pulled without causing damage, and the switch opener performed well despite my inexperience using one previously.I can imagine the only draw back for most would be the lube which I found sufficient considering it was included and I did t want to pull the trigger on crytox. All things considered I am happy with the sound of my switches.Convenient. Sturdy. Well Packaged.9/10

OUTSTANDING QUALITY!! It was absolutely amazing and did its job well! Great kit to buy when on a budget! I seriously can't express how happy and satisfied I am with this kit. 😭. I ordered one similar and if I'm being completely honest, it was extremely trashy, this one was 1000% better in every way. Please buy, it's worth it!

I would say it is a good product kit, if you just want something inexpensive and easy to use. The tools are great and very easy to use, if you did your research. The lube is not that bad, it made my switches sound nicer, and it's not bad for a cheap lube. However, the switch opener is not for linear switches, which was kind of my fault as I didn't read what it was for. But other than that, it was a pretty nice kit to use.

I had just gotten into custom keyboard building and needed a good kit to lube my keyboard switches, which led me to purchase this kit which has worked out super well. All the tools you would really need to lube key switches are in this kit and it's very handy to have it in a drawer next to me if I need to take my keyboard apart or swap something in etc.Originally I wasn't sure what lube to go with as I was new to keyboard building and it's all very confusing, but I took the risk and chose the 205G0 0.35OZ which seems to be a good medium in lubes, not too overkill to make my switches silent but definitely makes them sound and feel 100% better. From this small tub of lube, I was able to lube 2-3 sets of switches however this would vary on different numbers of switches per boardThe kit comes with a small case to store the tools away which is again super handy as I would lose all the small pieces of the kit very easily, inside there is a pot of lube, switch puller, lube brush, keycap puller, metal switch opener and stem holder. All of the pieces in the kit are pretty good and work perfectly however I do not like using the stem holder as the stem always slips out of it and pings off, which then leaves me to try and find a small piece of lubed plastic hidden in my carpet, so instead I usually use my fingers to hold the stem which works much better. For the price, it's a really good little kit and I don't think you can go wrong with it except for the stem holder, which if this is a must I would invest in a more expensive set.

I've lubed a few sets of switches with this kit. Out of the box, the switch puller doesn't work well because the prongs/tabs are too long to get into tight spaces, especially against the edges of the keyboard. HOWEVER, I used a pair of pliers to bend the tabs out a little bit on the switch puller (to a ~120 deg angle) and now it works well and I use it all the time. It does well even when yanking switches out of a super tight aluminum plate. The brush had some long hairs but I just shaped it up with scissors and it works well. The keycap puller is so-so—the wrapped-wire construction of the handle flexes a lot if you have tight caps. The switch opener works well (I've only used on MX-style switches, but it has the two broad tabs for Kailh switches). The lube is fine as far as I can tell—I have nothing to compare it to, but my switches sound deeper and feel smooth (they had factory lube applied only to the stem rails).I've seen reviews say that this lube makes switches feel sticky/sluggish. I only felt this a little for the first hour or so of typing after I applied the lube (and even then, the affect was minor), and I gather that this is normal even for Krytox 205g0. This is WAY more than enough lube for two full-sized keyboards like is said in the product description. I lubed ~65 switches and hardly made a dent in it. Makes me wonder if reviewers complaining about sticky switches just over-lubed.It's been a good starter kit for me. Just have some pliers on-hand to mod the switch puller
