Just about the quickest , easiest and inexpensive way to add a C wire to your thermostat. Installation was under 5 minutes start to finish. You can't go wrong with this unit. I'd definitely buy again!

My furnace is a very old gas burner and it only had 2 wires. The thermostat works but it needs a common wire. This bypasses the need for running a third wire or a new line.For me I connected the power with the red wire rh, the white to w, and the return from the adapter to the common c. This provides power to the thermostat and allows for setup. This product works great and for me it saved the day.
