Great idea, but the trap door always fell open on it's own, dumping all the gunk down my drain.

The bottom fell out every time anything went in it. It was cute but not very useful.

Not made to fit standard drain. I returned.

Needs to be wider so fits in or covers drain.

I liked the idea of pushing the button to get rid of waste that collects in the basket instead of my sink pipes. They don't fit and are too small for my standard sized drain. They aren't expensive, I would have paid more if only they had worked. Don't bother.

I like the idea of this, but it was too small for my drain, so things can still get past it.

I bought these to alternate in the dishwasher with my metal kitchen sink strainers. They are cute, colorful, and fun (which I like in my cleaning tools), but, compared to my metal strainers, they are a bit small for my drains. I get about 90-95% functionality by tipping them on their sides so the edges line up with the sink edges. I do like the convenient push-button emptying feature. If you are looking for a better fit, deduct another star or two and purchase a different brand.
