I got the small ones and they are perfect for a smash cake. They are very thick and the white side is smooth enough to be able to easily wipe off icing if you make a mistake while decorating your cake.

These cake boards are great for decorating layer cakes then transferring to a cake plate. They are thick enough to be sturdy without getting in the way, I order the 10” is a great size for my 8” cake pans, which works perfectly for me. They are white and good if you dont want the board to stand out. They are worth the expense when you are gifting or presenting a cake

These cake boards are pretty good for an average size/weight 2-layer cake. The coating is excellent - it prevents grease bleed-through nicely. They are of average or perhaps slightly below average sturdiness. If your cake is particularly heavy, you either want to use a heavier-duty board or double up with these boards (use double-sided tape to hold two together). If you have to double up on these boards, the cost doubles as well, so they become a less good value.All in all, these are a decent, attractive board for a medium to small cake of average weight.

These are super thin basic 8" round cake boards. I was really surprised at how well they held up seeing as how thin they are. They aren't waxed or fancy, but they look good holding up my cakes. They are easy to use and economical.

I use another brand but thought I would give these a try. My cakes are usually filled with pretty dense fillings, (like lots of real fruit or a layer of cheese cake), so they can get pretty heavy. These boards are fine for a single layer of just cheesecake or a standard cake that is filled with a small layer of jam or icing. But I honestly don't plan on using these for my taller cakes. They just feel too flimsy for my needs. The coating is just right for not having grease bleeds , the scalloping is nice, the white color is crisp and bright, and the 10" size is accurate. I just need a heavier board for my style of cakes.
