I returned the first one because it came without the pole and the new one also came without it. It’s useless without the pole as you will need a ladder every time you want to cover your umbrella . I wonder if this is a replica or what … don’t waste your time or money

Tried to correct the problem. Seller refers you back to Amazon for correction. Amazon sent same item again with no install rod and no storage bag. Difficult to get on and off without the install rod....currently using a tree limb.

Did not have a install rod to be able to cover or uncover the umbrella each time without taking the umbrella down each time

Do NOT waste your money on this cover, the material is NOT sun resistant eg. it will go brittle and tear within months of being used outside. The California umbrella is amazing which makes me wonder if this is a FAKE product that Amazon doesn't bother removing because they makemoney on it.

Thought this was a reputable brand. Have another that came with a different 9 ft. California Umbrella purchase, also part # UC-100 that is much thicker and lasting much longer. This one, bought for my 11 ft umbrella on the other side of my deck, is either a counterfeit or quality has diminished dramatically between 2016 first purchase and 2017 when I got this one.The material is much thinner and flimsier, as well as the zippers and everything just seems more cheaply made. It also cost more, highway robbery as now I see it’s no longer $45 and they themselves have probably realized it’s a poor product and dropped the price to $33.

Cover fit just fine. However, the metal lift rod was too long to fit into the cover which necessitated leaving one of the rod sections out of the assembly. In addition, the screw threads did not assemble easily.
